I liked the invasion at the time, because I thought they wanted the viewer to choose a side ala loyalty. Looking back, it hurts to see all of these great wrestlers treated as fodder. Maybe they should have just kept the shows seperate and never let on that they owned them.

It shouldn't have been an "invasion" at all. Just set up the angles and feuds we've always wanted to see and have the payoff be the matches, themselves.

The whole WWE v WCW/ECW thing was just trash. I kind of liked it at the time because I didn’t know any better, but looking back on it now it sucked big time. |
