We all know the infamous incident on December 18 1995 When Alundra Blayze showed up on WCW Nitro with the WWF Women's Title and threw it in the trash. I believe it was Eric Bischoff's idea for her to do this. How come Vince never blacklisted her for doing this? Didn't this incident lead to the infamous Montreal Screwjob?

I thought he did? They made amends years later but Vince was bitter about that from what I recall.

He did the same thing with Jeff Jarrett from 1999-2018, Macho Man from 1994-2010, Warrior from 1996-2014.

Yeah you could tell Vince was fuming over this incident. Not only was she blacklisted for a good 20 years but he axed the women's division for a 2nd time until late 98 when be brought it back again.

Madusa had a good reason to do so though, Vince has always crapped all over women's wrestling since day one lol. He barely gave her a proper run and didn't care to bring in good talent around. He only probably brought it back for the "puppies" that was the selling point of the Attitude Era Women's division.

He probably took it hard but also knew it was the nature of the business. She was only doing what the business owner (or booker) needed her to do to make an impression on the audience.

If it wasn't for the WWE HOF, then stars like Alundra, Jarrett, Savage and others who crossed Vince's path would still be blackballed from the WWE.
Vince knows that the WWE HOF is a show and it makes him money. So it's easy then to look past old grudges if it brings in some serious coin for the WWE!

Yeah she was blacklisted for sure....Jakks asked a few times about making her and she was one of the "no effin way" names as JP put it at the time.
He took it really badly & cited it a few times as his reason for the screwjob. that was of course BS....the copyright lawsuit between WWF & WCW was so hot at the time? WCW wouldn't have dared do that with the title. Turner execs would never have allowed it.
