I respect his persistence. But the definition of insanity is repeating the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Either he really likes getting hit in the face, or he truly thinks he has a shot in MMA still. He’s 40 freaking years old. If you really wanted to do this you should have started a lot earlier in life. Sorry but the ship has sailed on that endeavor. Go back to do the thing that you were actually good at instead of constantly being embarrassed by it, yet still taking money from fans pockets that still want to see you. There is nothing wrong with CM Punk wanting to fight in MMA, but he shouldve started in a regional promotion. But because of CM Punk, fans had to watch 3 fights that should not have taken place inside the Octagon, 2 of them being on the main card of a PPV, 1 of which shouldve never been sanctioned by a state athletic commission. ...3 fights?

It's interesting to hear that CM Punk is planning an MMA return after his loss to Mike Jackson at UFC 225. It's great to see his determination and commitment to training, even with other projects going on. However, fighters need to know when to call it quits and prioritize their health. I hope CM Punk is taking the necessary precautions and working with experienced trainers to avoid any potential injuries. quiet punching bags might be a good investment for him to improve his technique and skills. As for his previous fight, it's clear that he has a heart, but as you mentioned, that alone doesn't win fights. I'm excited to see what he brings to the octagon in his next fight.
