I recently pulled my old Hasbro kids replica of the winged eagle belt out of storage and the sticker is in bad shape. bubbles and peeling. Anyone know of any repro stickers for it or have experience with peeling it and using some kind of glue to get it back in shape?

I guess it's not a popular topic but I figured out a great fix for any collectors of these kind of things. 3M makes a spray glue that is kind of rubbery so it doesn't harden. The decal will flex when you bend the belt so it wont get bubbles or split. It actually turned out great. I can see it working with other similar situations. www.homedepot.com/p/3M-10-25-oz-General-Purpose-45-Spray-Adhesive-45/100184611

Thanks for the advice; I still have mine from childhood in storage but not yet done anything to revitise it. I remember gluing down the sticker as a kid once it started to curl, but the strap had to be replaced quite early on as I was playing with it and the wrestling buddies basically everyday and the strap didn’t survive all that long - closest thing I got to exercise as an kid was battling the Ultimate Warrior for that title....

It was pretty simple. I just carefully pealed the decal off and set it upside down on cardboard with overspray. Just use 2 hands when lining it up and putting it on. Any glue that gets on the belt wipes off with a rub of a finger
