Well I have been a big fan of the packers is 2000 and I have seen them struggle season after season. But this may be their season. They are currently 3-0 and they just beat the Chargers by more then one possesion. I was just wondering about anyone elses thoughts on this. It would be great if Favre made a playoff appearance for his last year or even went to the superbowl. I think they have a solid team and they are going to go all out this season. Any thoughts?

We'll see. They looked very good and convincing against the Chargers, but I don't think they are an elite team. They are a good defense and they've had a good pass offense so far, but their running offense is awful right now. They go to Minnesota this week and we'll see what they can do against that tough run defense.

I think someone finally started taking vicodin again. HE BETTER HAVE. Seriously, though, I'm as thrilled as anyone at this start. However, the fact that there is no running game is going to eventually bite them in the ass.

They could go pretty far, sure the running game is weak, but they are doing better now, than when they had Green. Im not saying Green is a bad back, cause hes not, not at all. But this is a whole new Packer team thats going to go far this year.

Yeah, GB will probably be the bandwagon team this year. They're looking pretty good thus far (minus their last place rushing offense ), and their schedule DEFINETLY favors a playoff run. Just look at who they play in the coming weeks: Vikings (2x) Lions (2x) Bears (2x) Chiefs Raiders Redskins Broncos Panthers Cowboys Rams

As it's been said numerous times, the only thing Green Bay lacks is a rushing offense.
I think though, as the season progresses the rookies will begin to settle in and pick up the slack at about the same time everyone starts figuring out how to shut down the short passing game. Everything should even out and keep defenses guessing, at least a little bit.
Our defense alone though, is enough to give us a chance in every game we play.

I wanna know how someone can think that the Packers are gonna be going "all out this season" and not be able to spell where they are from?

Yeah. Two teams that no one though would be good are 3-0. Take three guesses who they are.
And I hope the Packers do well. I want Farve to go far before he retires.

Yeah. Two teams that no one though would be good are 3-0. Take three guesses who they are. I certainly didn't expect Green Bay to be 3-0, but who is the other team? The Cowboys beat up a broken down Bears team, the Steelers haven't played a legitimate team yet, and the Colts & Patriots were both expected to be dominant this year. Hmm...
