I just hope he ends up wearing his Wolverine gear from All In at some point so we can get it as an elite.

WHY? ? The rosters are already so jam packed that you barely see everyone. Tired of the old guys from 15-20 years ago. Just bring up The Velveteen Dream instead! Dream would likely get a Conway pop tbh.

So you say they shouldn't bring Rey cause the rosters are jam packed, but then suggest they bring up Velveteen Dream. Where's the logic in that? Its one more extra person on the roster no matter the scenario. Difference is one is a veteran that could sell tickets and tons of merch, ones a rookie with potential. Business wise, id go with the merch seller

I just hope he ends up wearing his Wolverine gear from All In at some point so we can get it as an elite. We’re not getting it. It’s a Marvel attire and Mattel has the DC license. I was sitting next to Bill at All In and immediately made the comment to him about getting Rey in that attire. He responded with the bad news I knew he was giving me before I asked haha.

If it means we get a new fig, with updated tats, then cool - but no real interest beyond that. Should've asked him if we're ever getting a London, Takeover, Balor.

Never the biggest Mysterio fan, especially in his later years. But he does have some name recognition, and marketability. There's plenty of dream matches especially with Styles, Balor, Jeff Hardy, Zayn, Ricochet, and the majority of the 205 roster, but I feel Mysterio's about 15 years past his prime. Maybe he'll prove me wrong. At least he can put over some younger talent. Or they could always feed him to Lesnar or Strowman.😊 He wrestled Ricochet in LU and it was a really good match. Honestly Rey can still go but he's not on a full schedule so if they stick to that in WWE he should be fine.

First match back: Surgery. Spends twelve months recovering. Second match back: Surgery. Spends twelve months recovering. Contract up. That is very accurate to what will happen. I lost count to how many times he was on injury leave during the last few years he was in WWE

I get the feeling they were already planting the seeds with Orton talking about his next victim lol. That would make sense. Wouldnt mind seeing Orton vs Mysterio, Orton has something going right now, its the first time ive been into his stuff for a long while

Rey is ready/willing to get in the ring. WWE signed him to lock him down from signing elsewhere.

zero issue with this at all. Rey needed some time away, he still can go and he deserves a "final" run. Hope he stays healthy and gives us some great matches.

This is a great addition but does hinge heavily on his ability to stay healthy. Hopefully a reduced schedule helps it. Rey is a lot more impressive these days from his last run (before the odd appearances).

It's incredible that when you think guys have literally overstayed their worth and had their absolute final run in the WWE, they still return once more. Rey putting over Andre Almas is the obvious one. AJ Styles vs Rey Mysterio would be good to see too.
