Get a Flyin Brian, darken the hair, and remove the tiger stripes from his trunks. That’s the closest you’re ever going to get to a Mattel Zenk figure.

Not sure if this one will ever happen, he left the company just before the WWF was going to make the Can-Am Connection tag team champs. The WWF sued him to try to recoup the money they felt they lost when he left the company, he ended up only paying eight hundred dollars not the hundreds of thousands or millions the WWF wanted. Either during the steroid trial or a little bit before it, he threatened to tell the newspapers things that could have been damaging to Vince and the company. I don't think the WWE even acknowledged his death last year.
Here are some quotes from his shoot interview:
But when WWF heard I was going to work in Japan, they hit me with a law suit - November 1987 - saying I'd damaged them financially for all the TV they'd invested in me. I contested that their TV had done nothing to enhance my marketability in Japan since their program had been scrapped in Japan as fake after only a week on-air. I told them "You can sue me in Japan. No court in Japan will find for you." They wanted to sue me for breach of contract and garnished 10% of all my Japan earnings. Real class act that Vinny McMoney. I strung them along for over 2 years to keep WWF paying a heavy retainer to their lawyer. Finally their attorney told me "Believe it or not Mr. Zenk, I have more important cases than this. Just settle this with them." Eventually we settled for $827 - WWF later told me "We had to have something to show that you didn't get off scott-free with our contract."
A few days after I left, I got a letter from Vince telling me that I was hurting Rick's earning potential. They both tried to put the responsibility for the split on me. But it was Rick's own greed that destroyed the Can-Ams and his own future earning potential. Later on they sued me for breach of contract. They sued me for an amount which would have finished me financially. I rang McMahon. I wanted to make the point that they hadn't treated me with respect. He wasn't there so I spoke to Linda (McMahon's wife and business partner). I told Linda - "You made the decision to pay Rick more money than me. I found out. I left. You say I was a quitter to enhance your product. You replaced me with a better wrestler, Tito. Strike Force didn't get over. You lost! The joke's on you." I asked them to leave me alone. "What do you want to do, wreck me." It was like the mob - they were very big on loyalty but when you wanted out, they went after you. I told Linda "I've got the New York Times' phone number in front of me. How would you like me to ring them and tell them that you've got Dr. Zahorian in your locker room with 2 tackle boxes full of steroids, painkillers, speed and downers? And you're making money out of selling your product to little children." And Linda said "I wouldn't do that if I were you." I said "Are you threatening me?" and she replied "You can take it any way you want."
