The Ciampa and Gargano NXT basic figs are finally removed from Amazon. My order hasn't been cancelled. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing.... I saw some at Target today in Washington DC area. I can pick them up if you like Just seeing this. Thanks so much for the offer man, greatly appreciate it!

WWE Elite Epic Moments Milk-a-Mania Pack is up for preoder on amazon.ca
I had a 5.00 credit saved so my order came to 74 bucks. Worked out to 24.66 per fig, which I'm fine with

That extra Stephanie head creeps me out lol. I'll probably wait till it goes a bit cheaper if I decide to get it. I guess this means the Shield Epic Moments will eventually be in stock too, which is awesome.

Has anyone followed up with Mattel on twitter as to the status of Flashback Series 3?! I tried contacting Mattel's customer service but they had no clue what I was talking about. I am getting tired of waiting without knowing if this set will actually be released here at some point. Collecting these figures has become a VERY frustrating venture- Mattel's distribution is so terrible its unbelievable!? For those that collected Jakks figures, was it as difficult to find those figures as it is to find Mattel figures?! With flashbacks being scaled back, I am seriously thinking of calling it a day BUT I first I need that Steamboat fig. Also, has anyone here ordered a figure from Ringside using their new lower shipping option?! There is one figure I am interested in but have been holding back due to the low exchange rate and I am not sure if I will be hit with any fees?! I am hoping that if you only buy 1 figure that they won't charge any customs fees but with Fedex who knows?!

But before you wonder why Mattel sucks comparatively, one must remember that Jakks figures were much cheaper in production and in look. For the time they were released, they were clearly behind the industry standard. Jakks figures even rarely did character specific accessories. So many cookie sheets. Can't say to the cheaper RSC option. I did an order recently assuming that was just for overseas.

^^^ I miss the good old days of Jakks. Distribution was steady and we often got new figs. With all the exclusives Martel puts out, I've learned that sometimes it's just easier to order online.

I have read about how Jakks used the same parts over and over, its easy to see as from the pics I have see of the figures they all had pretty much the same muscular bodies. However, I think for a small, independent company I think they did a decent job and thanks to their less restrictive deal with WWE, they were able to make figures of a lot of different wrestlers- many that I think Mattel will never make, unfortunately.
I find it interesting though that Jakks (the small independent toy maker) had much better distribution then Mattel (the big multinational toy conglomerate). You would think that a giant conglomerate that operates in multiple countries would not be having a problem with the distribution of their products and any problem that did exist would be fixed- guess not?! It is what it is I guess, its too late in the game now anyway to expect major changes to happen.

When people talk about jakks having better distribution in Canada, I honestly have no idea what they're talking about. I was trying to collect all the classic superstar lines, we got like the first 3 or 4 series and I never saw them again until series 8 or 10. As for RA and Adrenaline, I would see a few series in a row, and then a giant gap, and then another few series in a row, and miss the next 4-5 series, etc.
So in that respect, the distribution is almost the same, except now it should be better because WWE has a giant company Mattel instead of a little company like Jakks.

If I remember correctly we got series 1-6. Skipped 7-8 then got 9-14 at wal mart. TRU also got some of the later sets and 2 packs. But there were definitely a few sets we skipped.

I had to by 99% of my collection of Ruthless Agression through Ringside because of the crapty distribution in Canada. Luckily back then the dollar was better and no import fees.

I saw a Survivor Series stand today at TRU, 410 and Queen in Toronto. It was loaded with WrestleMania and SummerSlam figs but surely they are placeholders until they get the Survivor Series figs

I had a huge collection mostly bought at retail. Almost entirely. The only figures I ordered were RA18 Eddie Guerrero and the RSC exclusive Tazz. Before that I had a healthy BCA collection as a kid from stores. I did skip TTL and R3 though.
