Need this ASAP. Didn’t Bill say definitively that this was in Elite 63? Amazon showing an October 2019 release. Lets hope that is inaccurate. I saw that same listing. Amazon has been weird lately with listing future figures. That can’t be accurate.

"I NEVER, HAVE EVER EATEN MARIJUANA!"
I'm so happy that Mr. Backlund is finally getting a figure. His run in '94 is one of my favorite things ever in wrestling.
The man is a legend.

Man, what an excellent figure. I would have loved a crazed alt head (or maybe a younger one)and open alt hands, but even without those it's nearly perfect.
I can't wait to add this to my collection. I just wish they'd figure out a way to give use the rest of the world champions. We're getting so close!

Last piece in the gap of WWF/E Champions Golden Age through today. I would argue we're still missing the crown jewel (after Bruno that is) of the Golden Age Yes, there were others, like Koloff and Morales, but they're nothing compared to the Superstar, daddy!

So pleased we're finally getting his figure - it looks fantastic. As someone pointed out though, an alternate (crazy) head would have been the icing on the cake... I'd have preferred that to another pair of hands.

I. ..Love you, brother. It’s offensive that superstar Graham hasn’t been recognized in figure form by Mattel while they’ve had the rights and made many others. I believe I heard they are gonna get started on this. It’s too late already but better than never

I cannot wait for Backlund. Been waiting for one for awhile. I like it as it doubles for old school or 1994 Backlund (his lack of different attires means we win as collectors!).

I'm impressed with it head to toe, but this isn't prime Backlund.... wish we got an alternate head.

Its a great figure, and one that will definitely be winging its way across the pond to me upon its release

Golden is when Vince K bought the company from Vince J. So the transition of Backlund to Sheik to Hogan would be your first champions of the era. Graham falls in the WWWF era. I doubt we’ll ever have a complete WWWF Champion roster. Maybe we get Superstar. Pedro is possible but not likely. I doubt we ever get Buddy, Ivan, Stasiak, or Inoki (not recognized but it happened).

Hopefully won’t be too much of a headache to track down. We’re getting closer and closer to all the champs.
