I am a loose collector and open everything! I recently combined my collection with my grandpas to make a super collection and opened up almost all his figures except 2
1st DM warrior and savage
I dont plan on selling them or trading them, they look awesome in the box, and go so well together! I do realize they are worth like 5 times more now then what my grandpa paid for them but they look kind of weird with the rest of the collection being loose.
Do i open them or keep them in the box?

I'm loose too but I have a Legends Pillman on card, doesn't seem weird at all if you have older figures worth a ton

Again, I'm also a loose guy lol. But I would probably keep them MOC. I only have 4 MOC's in my collection. Mainly cos they're rare.

Some you just have to keep moc, the boxes of the DMs for example are works of art and contribute so much to the figure

OPEN. The less MOC Dm savages there are the better (for me).

Keep those moc there's plenty of new Macho Man and Ultimate Warrior figures to get but those defining moments are very valuable.

I'd Keep them MOC, they look awesome together. Track down duplicates if you want to display them loose.

Loose.
Keeping them protected MOC takes away all the feel.

Keep them MOC.
I mainly collect loose but have like 9 MOC figures that I really love and will never open.
Apart from my Macho Man MOC I plan on getting the MOC figures signed.

Soooo keep them MOC to maintain a higher value... You can repackage them, go loose! and that's if you really want to get a feel of those cloth goods haha personally though I'd buy loose ones and keep those MOC

I bought a two DM macho & warrior. I’ve kept a pair loose and opened the other. DM packaging is nice. Keep them MOC.
It’s not like you can’t get a loose warrior or macho to display in collection

There is sentimental value behind them if your grandpa bought them for you. Keep them MOC.

It's your collection, I open most of mine. I have a few MOC but 90% are open but that's my personal choice. That's what is so great at collecting, it can be anything you want it to be. I would never sell my figures so to me I get more enjoyment with them open on display. It's just a bummer when I need to polish them, it's take on average 5 hours! I've settled for 1 shelf every other day now. lol

I too am a loose collector with around 400 open figs. But I do still have 5 MOC that I like to keep unopened.
