Not to be a dick but were you really expecting anything different? It's a re-sealed bag so it was never likely to be mint. The seller has purposely tried to deceive with that sketchy description and this just proves what we all thought. Imagine getting a beat up Hasbro in your Happy Meal box! Yeah I probably should have known better but loose mint Dusty's don't come across often at all, and I figured if someone had stuck this in a bag for years and tried to pass it off as a mail away, at least he'd have avoided being skanky but no such luck. and the Mcds bag?? you'll get sorted, huge part refund, as I'm sure he doesn't want it back and hassle of re-selling. ask for 50% back. I haven't heard back yet. Will raise hell with ebay tomorrow if I don't hear back by then. If he offers a partial refund I'd be thinking more like 75%, otherwise I might lose a couple quid reselling. It's way too skanky for my collection lol. Keep us updated.

Yup I won it hoping for a mint Dusty... Received it today and it's beat up as . Loads of paint loss on the torso and polka dots, scuffs on the face, arms, hair, feet, eyebrows and legs, both arms are loose. Have emailed the seller but not heard back yet, if I don't hear back by this weekend I'll be taking it up with ebay as it's not immaculate as described. Not even close. Sorry to hear about that - hope you get it sorted. I bought his Mr Perfect which arrived today in great condition, and really well packed as well; maybe the best I’ve received a figure packing-wise. Mr Perfect was the last one I needed to complete my English MOC series 3 collection; I never expected to finish that series before series 1, 2 and especially 4 given the premium on English cards in series 3, but I’m happy enough with the value I’ve got them all for, though it’s taken like 20 years to do that
