yeah, not too sure how that snopes link helps clear anything up. It's maybe a little over your head, but the guy I quoted said "SGK raises like hundreds of millions every year and only 1% of it goes to Cancer research/awareness" - the Snopes link was pointing out that that is certainly not the case. There are no charities of any significant size that are magically run without administration costs and, subsequently, salaries. Administering hundreds of millions of dollars of revenue requires a lot of people to oversee and process, like any other business. And like any other business, a charity has to offer competitive salaries. - www.snopes.com/fact-check/komen-ceo-salary/ berger's role as 'founder' making roughly $400,000 a year certainly is not wrongfully questioned.

Of course it's questionable, but the 1% thing was demonstrably false. which is why I said: yeah, not too sure how that snopes link helps clear anything up. sure, it explains how the money is divided and why not a larger amount may go to research, but if anything snopes is supporting that the founder of Komen Research, a sister of a breast cancer survivor, had made far too high grossing of salaries. in response to: There are no charities of any significant size that are magically run without administration costs and, subsequently, salaries. Administering hundreds of millions of dollars of revenue requires a lot of people to oversee and process, like any other business. But how could he talk down to people on a message board if he considered that?

The "like" in my comment was suppose to be understood that I didnt know exact figure but just knew the money wasnt being distributed in what I felt was a proper way. I could have phrased it better but I still stand by my feelings that Im not keen on the SGK charity.

You using Snopes as a source will fall on deaf ears with Nivro. He and I agree on almost nothing but we're completely in the same page on this one. That organization is a scam. Plus their LGBT discrimination and cutting funds to Planned Parenthood put a bad taste in my mouth. Which charities are not a scam, in your opinion? Off the top of my head? Make A Wish Gamers for Good Gamers for Giving I'm not up on the various charities of the world. I typically defer to sources like CharityWatch, Give Well and the like when I want to donate. I acknowledge that Susan G. Komen does good work, but the I don't like the disproportionate distribution of their funds. I think it's probably overblown. Their CEO salary to research ratio probably isn't as bad as some think, but still not where it should be. I laid out my main issues with them in a previous post.

The pink rope is being used at house shows. They also didn’t use the yellow rope for last month.

They're recognizing women on Raw each week. Why do we need pink ropes?
