I’m confused as to why you’d question it after WWE themselves have it on their site 🤔

With all the stuff the WWE does with pediatric and breast cancer, there is no way they would ever use cancer in a storyline.

Certain subjects you just don't expose for storyline purposes and cancer is at the top of that list. Even Vince in his delusional, maniacal mind realizes this.

This is where you distinctly separate the man from the character on your screen. Leati Anoa'i is a man with a wife and kids who does what he does to feed and clothe them. He beat it once, hopefully he'll do it again.

I’ve never been a fan of the character but everything I’ve read about the guy is that he’s simply stand up and great to the fans. My thoughts and prayers go out to him as he fights this.

I hate his wrestling character, but at the end of the day he's human like all of us and it sucks to know he has to battle cancer again. Very shocking to hear and I hope for the best Roman beats it and comes back.

So sad to hear, I haven't been following WWE very much for some time now and it pains me to admit this is what caught my attention. I hope he makes a full recovery, stuff like this is no joke, man.

agree with some of the old schoolers, I never liked his character, I recognize his in ring talent. But this is super sad, I don't think it has ever happened like this before.
it all makes sense now though, why they pushed him so hard, they were always aware, and weather they want to admit or not - this is priceless marketin.
NEVER TO BE BOO'ED AGAIN

Horrible, absolutely horrible. Life sucks sometimes. Say what you want about the character, and I have, but nobody deserves this. He beat it once, I'm sure he will beat it again. I don't pray, but I'll be sending hopes and positive thoughts. Although if I could do something else besides tweet support I would. That was a real gut punch and a wham line rolled into one. It doesn't feel right to seek entertainment from the show, so I'll be taking a break from the show tonight. It's just a horrible event courtesy of real life. I hope he makes it out stronger and never relapses again. This time, everyone is on his side. Cuck Fancer.

There was a time during 2013 where Roman was WF’s favourite member of The Shield, the hate only begun after The Shield split when leaks revealed it would be Lesnar/Reigns at WM31. Cancer is one of those things that come back and in this unfortunate case it did for Roman, if WWE bring him back after beating his illness and the fans themselves choose to cheer and support him like they did tonight then it’s not a WWE stunt, it’s more of an inspirational story which is good for people in general.
