Santino, CM Punk, Jericho and probably more have had figures come out with missing tattoos since Mattel hasn't pursued the rights to reproduce some of the artwork, but it makes me wonder how many have slipped through? I never realized until just now that Papa Shango must've been a big skater or something with his Powell Peralta Ripper chest tattoo. CM Punk has a few band logos that probably wouldn't have made it through had someone at Mattel known what they were doing. Ellsworth has his Offspring tattoo, right?

Don't recall much outside of the ones you mentioned. I'm curious if E59 Angle and E14 King Booker are the first iterations of themselves with all their appropriate tattoos. I don't think Angle ever had his on a figure before and I think AD14 Booker T had one or two of his tattoos, but not all. We didn't even get Christian's tattoo until the Jakks ECW figure.
I don't think too many guys outside of the usual suspects have too many logo tattoos.

The Ellsworth figure has both Offspring tattoos while CM Punk has a Bouncing Souls tattoo on his figures. I wish Mattel would do what 2K does and alter the logo enough to use it, that way we could get a tattooed Jericho

While it would be nice to have all the tattoos, the altered tattoos would still be just as inaccurate in a way. I also find Jericho's tattoos cringey, so I'm okay with his being left out. I remember early protos of the first RA Punk having a big red circle instead of the Pepsi tattoo, and in that case I'd rather no tattoo at all.

People want Jericho to have knockoff tattoos until they’d have it in hand and bitch about it having knockoff tattoos so they should just leave his arms blank. Do it yourself if it bothers you so much

Now that you say that though, I'm pretty sure a basic was released with the back tattoo. So that'd be the only Booker with all tattoos. Or it should be, at least.

After watching his matches with Benoit for the US championship I noticed he been had the tattoo. I think it actually was a smaller back tattoo though. And the basic has the big back tattoo that is new lol.

CM Punk has a Bouncing Souls tattoo on his figures. Minor Threat and Earth Crisis as well. As for the tattoos vs inaccurate tattoos debate, I think it's weird that someone would prefer nothing at all over something that's been changed. None of the tattoos are perfect recreations, so having some get altered for the sake of having them there seems like it wouldn't be a big deal. An altered tattoo is less inaccurate than no tattoo at all.

Depending on what gear the figure is in, it could be just as inaccurate. There are some trunks that Jericho never wore before he got tatted up.

Uhhh nobody is suggesting they put tattoos on figures that represent him during the times he didn't have them.

Putting something fake on there just to have something is less accurate than bare arms, because Jericho’s had bare arms. He’s never had a bunch of copyright free scribbles

Jericho hasn't had bare arms in years though.
I mean, he was also once a baby. Should they make a toy of baby Jericho wearing his current gear? Same thing.

I'd definitely rather get Jericho with something rather than bare arms. At this point it's like Orton or Undertaker without tats. Just doesn't look right. The reason I have yet to get a modern Jericho.
