Does anyone know the last WWF figures that were released, and the first WWE figures - or is that too hard to tell?

It was during the R3 run, there is R3 Series 2 released with both WWF and WWE logos so that series would be a safe bet. There might be a random side series like off the ropes that might have been first but with release dates kind of being lost to the time its hard to tell.

I know Unchained Fury had a carding change in 2002. They launched with red packaging and a WWF logo. Later that year, they re-released that set with yellow carding and the WWE logo. Not sure if that was the *very* first, but it was definitely one of the first. I remember I bought the red-carded Booker T from a Las Vegas collectible shop over the summer in 2002. Ah, found it. I threw this together to show the difference:

Man I forgot how awesome that TTL Hurricane was! That entire set was HIGHLY popular. I remember trying to convince my parents to get me all of them. It was just so mind boggling to see WCW stars with WWE action figures. Plus a series with all new figures?

The rulers of the ring series 1,2 and 3 where imo better but This set (which was basically rulers 5) was right up there! As for the question in OP posts, I think the yellow carded set was released a few months after the red card, I think the popularity of this series was kind of unexpected so they rushed out a revamp. My bet still goes with R3 series 2 since I can find the exact same package with wwe and wwf logos on google so it was a running change instead of a re released series like ucf yellow was.
