Not a house show but the biggest one for me has to be Big Show subbing for Austin at SS ‘99. They knew Austin was out a week before but still advertised him up until the event as a way to help sell tickets. Big Show subbing was done for a quick pop but overall a HUGE letdown. I still feel that Kane would have been a FAR better substitute to win the title if it wasn’t going to be Rocky as Kane was over and in a feud with DX at the time. He could have had a successful title defense at Armageddon ‘99 against X-Pac before dropping it back to HHH at the top of the new year. I know it sounds a little far fetched but, I always thought they should’ve given Kurt the belt. Yeah sure he literally debuted but it’s not the first time Vince pushed a new guy straight to the title. *cough Yokozuna cough* Then maybe when Austin comes back and they do the whole investigation, Kurt himself reveals that he ran Austin over and has a feud with Austin. Sounds silly but it’s better than Rikishi

Big Show for Austin @ SS99 is by far and away the winner here for me. As Cordless says they knew a week before....but for WEEKS before it was in doubt. Hell...they knew Austin was on really borrowed time from July after Fully Loaded. But didn't seem to try change storylines to reflect this...

I really wanted to see the Ultimate Maniacs vs Flair and Razor at Survivor Series '92. I was too young to realize how great Mr.Perfect was.

I was supposed to go to a show at the Ket Arena when the Warrior returned. He ended leaving and we got someone else. I had the news paper clipping in my old wrestling binder. Lol
