I'm sure most of you know about the Pandemonium movie, but I think that it should be a mini-series (4 episodes) covering Vince's story from 1969-2002. Anything beyond 2002 is unnecessary. This is how I would do it:
Episode 1: Rise of the Titan
Prologue - Vince joins the WWWF in 1969 with a hestitant Vince Sr who finally accepts him.
Act 1 - Focus on Vince's father, Vince's family with the birth of Shane and Stephanie, and Vince being instrumental in the 1976 Muhammad Ali vs. Inoki match.
Act 2 - Vince finds Titan Sports with Linda in 1980 and purchases the WWF in 1982, meanwhile Hulk Hogan who leaves the WWF shoots Rocky 3 and is wrestling in AWA. Vince recruits Hogan in 1984 and Hogan wins the WWF title. AWA Exodus and recruiting of other stars.
Act 3 - Invasion of the Territories, WWF goes mainstream with two MTV shows leading to Wrestlemania.
Episode 2: The Wrestling Boom
Act 1 - A big focus on the huge success and the impact on pop culture of the WWF in the 80s (merch, talk shows etc). Vince meeting Andre in Hollywood to make a deal for WMIII, Hulk beating Andre.
Act 2 - Roddy Piper leaves for movies, making Vince worry about Hogan leaving for movies, Vince and Hulk's relationship is further explored with and both decide to make a movie, WMIV, the story of no No Holds Barred
Act 3 - Ted Turner tells Vince he's entered the wrestling business. Megapowers explode, WMV becomes a massive success. Vince looking to Warrior to carry the company into the 90s.
Episode 3: The New Generation
Act 1 - The Steroid and Sexual Harassment Scandals begin, Hulk Hogan leaves the WWF in 92. Vince's frustration with older wrestlers, the fall of the WWF in 92 and the decision to put the title on Bret. Hulk comes back, annoys Bret and others, Hogan leaves without giving Vince a SummerSlam and Vince takes it personally.
Act 2 - The Steroid Trial (Hulk testifies), Vince declares the New Generation in response to Hogan signing with WCW, Randy Savage (Vince's "babe ruth") leaves for WCW, leading to the infamous Ted Turner skits in 96. Nitro and the Monday Night Wars begin.
Act 3 - Vince McMahon's relationships with Bret and the Clique are explored. Hall and Nash leave. Bret doesn't resign in 96 till before Survivor Series.
Episode 4: The Brawl to End it All
Act 1 - Nitro pounds RAW nearly to dust, Vince tells Bret he can't afford him and let's him go, makes offers to Warrior and Hulk Hogan, and The Montreal Screwjob. Stone Cold and the Rise of Mr. McMahon.
Act 2 - Mike Tyson makes a deal with Vince, Stone Cold wins the WWF title at WMXIV. RAW turns around and pummels Nitro. Bret hates on the WWF and Owen's death makes things worse.
Act 3 - Vince goes public with an IPO, buys WCW, fails with the XFL and brings back Hulk Hogan and the NWO. Hogan wins the WWF title one last time. WWF changes to WWE.
Epilogue - Vince is busy talking to the bookers on a stage till he sees John Cena for the first time and says "get that steroid freak off my stage!", till he is told that Cena was one of his own. Vince says "Oh..." and has a smirk.
