If it wasn’t an Internet darling, this wouldn’t be near the topic that it is. Or if the tables were turned, and Becky did to Nia what Nia did to Becky... people would laugh it off I could pull up my old posts about Rollins and prove you wrong.

Ummmm, I meant Rocky Johnson. Look, I’m over this conversation. I thought I’d be right, and be herald in as the next pro wrestling genius around here and it’s not looking like that’ll be the case so let’s just drop it. I’ll just keep my posts low key for a little bit and let things settle down for my rep and I’ll come back in a month or two with another big statement and hopefully by then you people will realize I’m the smartest wrestling fan around here and celebrate me as such... highly unlikely I...uh...think he was being facetious with that last statement. But what do I know. Also @ultimate you're a good egg, don't take crap so personal man. People around here think everything is serious business and act accordingly. You could literally say "My favorite color is blue" and it would kick off a 15 page thread that would turn into a giant argument that gets locked by Marino.

And I'm betting this is what happened. Nia was so upset and distraught about what happened to Becky and what she did that Becky probably contacted her and told her "don't beat yourself up, everything's fine." And that they were good.

Oh, here we ago again with the "x got injured, the person responsible needs to be fired!!!!" cries that happen every single time an accident happens. Pro wrestling is a risky business. It just is. There's no getting around it. Accidents will always happen. Especially in a crowded, multi-person brawl where there is seemingly no clear direction, apart from specific story beats. I acknowledge that this is the latest in a string of unfortunate accidents in matches with Nia Jax. But it's not like this all happened in a short space of time. The four accidents with Nia Jax happened within an 19 month span: - Charlotte: No permanent damage. No bad feelings between the two. April 2017. - Bayley: Injured shoulder. August 2017. Made a full recovery and was back the next month. - Zelina Vega: Concussion (unconfirmed). October 2018. Too early to know the severity. - Becky Lynch: Broken nose, concussion (unconfirmed). November 2018. Too early to know the severity. While those are four more accidents than any of us would want, it's not like Nia is injuring anybody on a regular basis. Those are isolated incidents. It's just unfortunate that two of those four happened within a short space of time. Unless a superstar starts taking out half of the roster within a few months, I'll never condemn a wrestler for being responsible for an unfortunate accident. I accept that accidents happen, and that sometimes they can unfortunately happen multiple times within a relatively short space of time. You can say "x should have done this to prevent it", but that's hindsight. If a superstar injures another superstar deliberately and maliciously, or injures a superstar every single month, that's the time to say "maybe they shouldn't be allowed to do this anymore". That's not the case here, as far as we're aware, and I think a lot of people are taking this way too far. I know we all love Becky Lynch and are devastated to see her possibly be forced to take some time off. But would we see the same outcry if this was Dana Brooke? If not, why should the outcry differ depending on the superstar? Plus, with constant belittling of non-wrestling supporters of "this looks fake!", and the overwhelming praise for MMA and stiff-looking moves from the same fans that shout as loud as they can with every accident, is there any wonder that some superstars try to make their offense look real? I legit believe someone could die in the ring and you'd find a way to defend the killer. Your defense by any means necessary gimmick is tired. You need to switch it up. The fact that she has injured four different people in the span of a year and a half is, by YOUR OWN ADMISSION, not a good thing...but still...can't really blame Nia. It's the business. You know you're way too obsessed with pro wrestling when you refer to someone's personal opinions as "a gimmick". I don't post a specific way to preserve a specific image. I don't even expect anyone to remember my posts enough to call it "a gimmick". I type what I think, because that's what online forums are for. If you don't like my opinions on a consistent basis, that's what the block feature is for. I want to get some things straight after reading your reply. I never said that this wasn't Nia's fault. It absolutely was her fault for not pulling her punch in time. I never disputed that. What I did dispute was the idea that Nia Jax woke up that day and thought "you know what? I want to injure somebody!". Because that's the idea that a lot of people had before I made my post, and a lot of people on social media do believe that. If she ever did think that way, I'm sure she would have been long been out of the WWE by now. Anyone who thinks otherwise is downright delusional. While I fully believe that all of the accidents she has caused were not intentional, I concede even as a fan of hers, that it does not paint a good picture. I'm not going to throw around words like "unsafe", "sloppy", "reckless", or "dangerous worker" as many others have done, because I feel that as fans, it is not our place to judge that. I'll leave that to the professionals. An accident though this was, I think her push being stopped, as a recent report indicated, is probably the right call for the moment. As accidents go, this was a particularly bad one, and definitely one that could have been easily prevented with more care. But I just think that the people demanding her release (especially while throwing in entirely unwarranted, unnecessary, and downright disgusting personal insults) are just being ridiculous. If the people in charge do think that Nia is not safe enough without further training, then taking her off TV for a while and sending her back to the Performance Centre seems like the sensible solution. Just because someone makes mistakes, does not mean that they cannot learn from them and prevent them from happening again in the future. As much as I love Nia's character and outside of the ring personality, I don't mind saying that I don't find her matches particularly exciting. A stint at the Performance Centre could not only help to prevent future accidents, but could result in her coming back with as a more exciting in-ring performer. I don't know why anyone would think she's too far gone for that.

Heartbreaking to see how upset she was...
But this might be a blessing in disguise. Now she might be one of the first women to main event a Wrestlemania.

That video really shows one of the reasons why Becky is my favorite woman on the roster. She's just so down to earth, and the passions she has for what she does. I'm not saying that the other women on the roster, or passionate about what they do, but with Becky, it's really her dream she's living. She's really one of those types of wrestlers of the fan that actually got to make it. Hopefully the concussion doesn't keep her down too long.

They should really milk her injury. Have her vacate the championship. Say she had a broken orbital bone. Make something up. Take her off tv, sit at home till the Rumble. Have her win it, and Rousey vs Lynch is perfectly set up for Mania.

Punched her straight into the main event of WrestleMania, which will a lot more well received than Charlotte probably would have. Life works in strange ways sometimes.
