I didn't but I remember seeing the ads in the mags and on the old CHV tapes. You got stuff like a cassette tape of theme songs,Superstar collage,Posters, WWF teddy bears etc stuff like that.

Never joined the official fan club, but I did have a video store that actually honored the "Free Gift With Rental" promotion.
I remember getting a bunch of trading cards, some holographic stamp things and my very own Ludvig Borga "Don't Disturb: Watching Wrestling" door knocker.

I was a member for two years (1993 and 1994) and then I think it fizzled out after that. I remember getting a lot of stuff in 1993 but not a lot in 1994, though I may have just forgotten. The best things were the cassette tapes with five or six theme songs and with it being pre-internet/youtube, it was like getting gold. 1993 had Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels (Sherri theme), Papa Shango, Repo Man, Natural Disasters and one more IIRC. 1994 had Mr. Perfect, Lex I'll Be Your Hero and a Oscar sung Men on a Mission. Maybe Razor Ramon.
There was an ad for a 1996 fan club in WWF magazine but I didn't get that one.
