I'd be more annoyed if it was NXT 4 Black and Riott. I have to ask though... Who is Sam Roberts, anyway, and why is he a thing? I know he's been on pre-shows and that, but as a UK'er, he's alien to me. What does he actually do? Is he actually famous over there?

Why is the globe in the Winged Eagle black again? I've only seen it recently on 91/92 Bearer and Backlund which I believe is accurate |

Why is the globe in the Winged Eagle black again? I'm just going to take a guess and say it's based on reference photos the WWE sent Mattel. We know how much Mattel has said that they use promo pictures and whatever material the WWE provides them. The other piece of evidence behind this is in the two promo photos that the WWF produced back when Diesel was WWF champion, the globe is black but in actuality Diesel never carried a black globe to the ring. Yet his Elite 16 has a black globe. The next main elite line to have the winged eagle released with it was Macho Man in Elite 23 but there was a running change for the title to the correct color. It is very frustrating that they continue to release the wrong title. I keep hitting the discount stores around me and buying the Elite Wrestlemania Shawn Michaels because it's the cheapest way to get a correct color title. A few things... - why is Pete Dunne's "First Time In The Line" MUCH bigger than Backlund's? - is the "Collector's Edition" strip (on the bottom of the packaging) just for the exclusive/chase figures? - I think the extra hands are a waste/not needed for a lot of figures... it would have been awesome to have another head for these two though: a non-snarling scan for Dunne (or maybe one where you can fit the end of the title strap in his mouth?) and a wide-eyed "crazy" look for Backlund. I mean, they're giving the forthcoming Nia Jax Elite THREE heads, so it wouldn't be totally out of the question... - I like Sam...  (his podcast with Bill the other week was great) |

Hating on Sam is just stupid. He's a successful radio host who's a big wrestling fan who also hosts a pretty big wrestling podcast.

They probably skipped it on Dunne since he wasn't coming with the title...but that would have been a cool effect. |
