Sounds like he's guessing. Him of all people should know there is way too much time between now and WM. Plans will probably change several times. There were even reports a week or so ago that Lesnar wasn't sticking around till WM. So who knows?
That being said, as much as I'd love for Drew to win the title that night, I'm okay with Seth winning it. Follow the same formula that they used with AJ/Bryan vs Brock, but have Seth pin him clean. Could be a huge moment.

They’ve never had a one on one with a clean finish. It could be a fun little match and hopefully Seth wins. He’s, by far, the biggest star on Raw in the men’s division.
