I ordered the Epic Moments Undisputed Era 3 pack from WWE Shop on Cyber Monday and got a good deal. The package was delivered and left in the lobby in my apartment building and when I went to get my package it wasn't there. I was home all day and the mail carrier never rang my doorbell. I went to the post office and nothing they can do about it. I called WWE Shop and told them what happen and asked if they have anymore in stock and all out. I got my order refund but I am beyond pissed off and disappointed that I my package was stolen. I really wanted this 3 pack from the first time I saw the prototype and final images. As much as I like Ringside Collectables and have ordered from them for many years but I refuse to pay almost $70 for the 3 pack.

That’s not the postal services fault. If there’s a lobby to your complex (or whatever) and that’s where packages are recurved/kept normally, they’re just doing their job.
Is there someone in the lobby to watch said packages?

You should look into getting a post office box. I've had one for years and I never had a problem. They don't cost that much at all. Hope this helps.

people who steal packages, it's deplorable. Get a job and buy your own stuff.

Cause some online stores don't ship to PO Boxes. Yes. I rent the smallest size box. If a package won't fit in it, they will leave me a notice that they are holding it for me in the back. In a case where I can't get it shipped to my P.O. box, I either have it shipped to my parent's place, or I have it shipped to my work address. The rates vary by the post office. I pay $10 a month for mine (which is kind of high. Most are much cheaper). I get billed every 6 months. I'm paying knowing that my mail is safe, dry & won't get stolen.

My mailman is the actual worst. I have called and complained on him 3 different times for being such a total dumbass. Just a few of the things he has done...
1. Left 2 Amazon boxes under my mailbox. Right on the street in thieves paradise.
2. Left a package on my steps instead of against the door in the pouring rain.
3. Never attempted to deliver a package and had it returned to sender without him ever even trying. It didn't require a signature or anything so I don't get why he couldn't just put it on the porch.
4. Didn't want to get out of the truck one day so he just put it down as "undeliverable--mailbox obstructed"...but he still managed to get the junk mail in there.
5. Constantly arrives after 9 pm
6. Watched him toss a box at my porch from the middle of the yard once because he saw my lab in the fenced in back yard.

It's your place of residence, not your mailman. But yea, I had that same problem but I actually caught the 18 year old kid who was taking stuff. Held him in place while the gf at the time called the cops. He ended up doing 240 hour community service.

Most people are saying it's not their fault but more of the building complex itself, but i think the bigger issue was that the mailman didn't even ring the doorbell/unit number. Assuming he was provided with the address and unit number, he should've rang the doorbell so you know either someone's waiting for you, or you see a box on the floor for you. The mailman doesn't have to stand there and wait, but a simple ring of the doorbell would be a lot safer than just leaving it there.

The only thing I don't like about the post office is how there's no one there when I walk in, but right when I start filling out whatever I need to send off, all of the sudden the entire city wants to show up and get in line before I can!

I hate them as well. My local post office has like a rating of 1 star for the crap service. 80% of the time they don’t bother to deliver. Sometimes they come up and just toss the package in front of my apartment and vanish. What they’re doing now is leaving the package in front of lobby and some neighbors steal the package. I’ve had these idiots place my packages inside the wrong mailboxes and then whatever neighbor gets it steals my stuff. When I call the post office they don’t do crap, but say that they’ll send me a form and never do. It’s been up to the point where you go the post office and wait more than an hour to only be told that your package is not here. The employees are also rude and nearly every time I visit there’s always some kind of argument between the customers and them because they’re rude. On one occasion, I went three days in a row to rage post office because the clerk insisted it would be there the next day to finally be told that my package wasn’t there. I then go like a week later to pick up another package and they get my lost package and forget to find the current one. It goes to show you how these people work. Not saying every postal worker is crapty, but the ones at my local one are. End rant... I feel your pain brother.

They delivered a package of mine this weekend. In Massachusetts. I live in Virginia. You cannot convince me this is anything but pure ignorance and uselessness on their part.

A few weeks ago I checked the tracking for my RetroFest Honky Tonk Man and it said "ERROR ADDRESS DOES NOT EXIST" then when I got home from work, I found the box sitting there opened, but with the Honky Tonk Man still in there untouched.
Also about a month ago I sold a HOC Billy Gunn on eBay and it was mint when I shipped it. Yet when it arrived the buyer claimed it was destroyed, and sent pics to prove it. It was like it got stomped out by the postman. Luckily we came to terms with me sending an extra empty Gunn box that I had.
Then there's the wait in the office itself. My god just today I was in two different post offices, I gave up on the first one because the line was out the door and I only had 15 mins on the parking meter. Then the next one I went to the line was just as long. I really gotta get the supplies to print out my own shipping labels.
