If it was part of a standard wave I would probably look at buying it but just not enough of a fan (I know, the horror) to try an get it as an exclusive.

I honestly don't believe the Backlund exclusive will be that hard to find in-store. Walmarts do pretty well at stocking the beginning of a series. I dread the day one pic appears showing a peg full of Backlund and all those who disagree that store exclusives are harder to obtain will get their lolz in.
I do fear the thought of finding Sherri and the others who follow, when shelves are filled to the brim with shelfwarmers next year. Hopefully WWE Shop will continue to make these exclusives available.

I got lucky and got myself one. But I see people snatched up extras and are already scalping them on evilBay. These chase figures and the Harley Race dilemma are probly gonna be the end of my collecting days. Mattel is bringing on the SUCK for collectors. Action figures shouldn’t be this hard to obtain.

I got lucky and got myself one. But I see people snatched up extras and are already scalping them on evilBay. These chase figures and the Harley Race dilemma are probly gonna be the end of my collecting days. Mattel is bringing on the SUCK for collectors. Action figures shouldn’t be this hard to obtain. It will help out greatly. Sometimes figure hunting can be very stressful, I do my share of leg work. But it gets frustrating when certain waves don’t hit your town. Like FB elites 3 or HOC elites or NXT line. Now these 1 per case figs will make it so you have to be in the right place at the right time. |

Last night when I was about to check out and get the $5 off, the item "out of stock." All of the sudden he's available again, but now I have to spend a minimum of $25 to get the $5 off per the FRIDAY code. LOL
