Amen to that. I want to see the Styles so bad. Need to know if I’m going to pick up the Top Talents or 66. The original proto shots showed a mallet and the SDL tag titles iirc. Sadly, I think it’s going to be a case of the The Club and we won’t be getting the titles with these guys either. Hoping we at least see the mallets. Excited to see MOC pics from them either way! I wouldn't mind if they came with the titles or not, the figure detail on both of them alone is incredible. I bought 2 sets of Bludgeons, 1 set to open and the other to keep MOC. I have a feeling that they're going to be one of the best MOC looking figures ever made, Figures wearing the jackets with the Mallets, extra hands and (maybe) the SD Tag Titles next to them. Can't wait. I hope the next bludgeons elites come with SDL tag titles and in summerslam 2018 attire I think you know wish one I mean and I’m hoping elite 66 AJ is in royal rumble 2018 attire |

Everyone looks pretty fantastic in this set except for that Rusev head. I'll probably end up with EY to put along with the rest of the TNA alumni and I think they absolutely nailed him. The boots are amazing but it begs the question why can't we get DDP with accurate jeans/boots, or Macho in jeans/cowboy boots instead of bellbottoms. The rest are a pass. I'll wait for Ultimate Ronda.

I'm already starting to notice that the interchangeable hands are getting out of control. Do we really need them with someone like Rusev? Or Eric Young? I understand it on Shinsuke and Cena and Balor and people with hand taunts but some of these are just unnecessary Think of it as closed fist for punching vs more open hand for holding things. An more open hand looks silly when punching. I think it’s great. A figure can be posed and played with. Much better for stop-motionists for the same reasons. The cool thing for people that want more is that people that don’t want them will likely sell them too. Everyone wins then. Theoretically, you get extra cash/money off your figure, I get extra hands. Interested in your thoughts on that. I definitely see where you're coming from and I love most of them so far, but there have been a few instances where I think they are unnecessary. As long as the cost of hands doesn't lead to shortcuts elsewhere I'll be happy. And judging by this set it doesn't seem like including the hands is cutting into detail or extra accessories. You make valid points. |

I'm pleasantly surprised that EY's my favorite figure in the set. Might have to switch out those Chicken Little thighs, though.
Roman, Nia and Ronda's figures are alright, but it's annoying they made all their skintones too all too dark. (Gotta love they chose/edited the darkest photo for Roman's cardback.)
Why is there always something with Rusev's scans that end up missing the mark?

Eric Young is a must-buy. Although it looks spot on, I wish they hadn't wasted the first opportunity to do interchangeable heads, on Nia Jax. I can't believe people are clamouring for yet another Jax fig - let alone one with three heads. Also, is that Rusev, or Zangief from SF? I’m still gonna pick up the Rusev even though I think they went a little heavy on the beard. Rusev is one of those guys they can’t get right as far as likeness. I think the closest they got was E46.

I typically don't judge head scans/sculpts before I see them I'm person, but yikes at that Rusev. I see zero likeness, and it's labeled "True FX"

Some post-loose shots thoughts:
Still not getting Nia, but that might be the best women’s figure they’ve ever put out. That thing is a dead ringer for Jax.
That English likeness is SPOT ON and it’s making me want it real bad. Plus I’m all about supporting any use of cloth goods. More please. Lol.
I wasn’t planning on getting EY, but the sheer amount of effort that wasn’t put into his figure is commendable. Gonna be hard to pass up on him.
