Cool whats on the list. Is that with goldust, orton etc. Should be the same as before: Cesaro Goldust Samoa Joe Randy Orton Diesel Matt Hardy Elias Junkyard Dog Seem more old school than what we’ve seen. Any new moves to the line. A wind up punch could be cool.

Got some more coming tomorrow. Can't wait to display them in the retro ring with the others I have. These things are a really cool display piece, but I can't see how you older members actually played with these back in the day. I thought I was bad playing with TTLs. I'm sure with an imagination you found a way though. It's a Really cool line

These things are a really cool display piece, but I can't see how you older members actually played with these back in the day. I thought I was bad playing with TTLs. I'm sure with an imagination you found a way though. It's a Really cool line Well nobody ever accused me of having any imagination Honestly I can't remember ever having any problems playing with these type of figures - for the most part the figures worked very well together, with only the Hogan bear-hug and the jumpers providing any limitations that I can remember. Bret Hart was (and is) my absolute favourite wrestler, so his series 4 figure got A LOT of work from me as a kid, and he was basically perfect for Bret - if you accept a half-crab as a substitute for the Sharpshooter (which he could do to basically every figure, including jumpers), then you had a figure that could easily do his move-set brilliantly: side-backbreaker, second rope elbow, side-Russian leg-sweep, snap-suplexes, upper-cuts in the corner, etc. My Ultimate Warrior was the second series release with the gorilla slam, which was great also for his running clotheslines, shoulder-tackles, big splash and even shaking the ropes; Mr Perfect obviously had the Perfect-Plex down, but was also great for chops in the corner, and his running neck-breaker out of the corner (admittedly only an Earthquake-type figure could actually sit to receive that move, but meh); the clothesline figures and the elbow smash figures were very flexible in terms of things they could do, as were the punching figures like Jake the Snake or Virgil. I honestly don't remember too many issues playing with the Hasbros outside of that Hogan, and maybe the Piper due to the kilt, but others might have had different experiences. I guess it's just a result of growing-up with them; I remember looking at the Jakks figures when they released and thinking they were very boring - they all looked basically the same, just dressed-up differently But I never played with the Jakks (nor indeed the LJNs, and the Galoobs were basically jobbers for the Hasbros) so I guess I'm not the one to ask to objectively rate the Hasbro-type figures. Still get a bit of a buzz seeing new Retros coming-out though, which at my age can only be a good thing

The packaging is much better without the stands. The little arrow in the bottom right corner says "Scan & Play".

Loving it. Glad they nixed the stands and got them back into Walmart.
Tiny part of me is bummed that we didn't get a radically different card back color though.

Looks like retro fig life is off to a good 2019 start! And yes,it’d be cool to have wildly differing card colors...

I don’t care about these, but holy distribution crap. Saw series one at Walmart forever. Saw series two once at Walmart and then at TJ Maxx way later. Series 3 at Target, GameStop, and maybe TRU when it was still open? Series 4 just hit Targets here like a month or so ago. Now series 7 is being found? Where did 5&6 go? The trash?

I guess if you want to consider Kmart the trash lol. That's the only place I found Series 6 at.

Played around with the SKU: 705668550 and the TN zip code 37010. Looks like all the stores are receiving a case of 8. And best yet, only $9.97!

I just found the set at my Walmart I can't stop laughing at the Sheamus legs. The Jericho and Angle look awesome though and way more how a Hasbro should look. If the line still has good legs no pun intended, hope to God we never see the kick action again ever after the Jeff Hardy.
