Does the Ivan Koloff figure from Legends of Wrestling head come off and able to go on Mattel Elite? Do you have to break the body? Help from the pros.

Aren’t they Jakks sized? If so wouldn’t the head be to large? I just googled it and saw this custom using it. From that it looks looks almost in scale with Mattel’s. And it looks like it pops off. So you’ll need to heat it for a few minutes to pop it off. But that said it does look like you may need to hollow it a little because it looks a little giraffe necked in that pic.

Thanks for that pic. Yes, I saw it and it is to scale for Mattel ... I am not a savvy custom guy ... and didn't know if it just popped off or does the body have to be taken a part and deal with major surgery ... but I would be thrilled if my figure would look as good as that pic.

Customs or fixup threads may be a better place to ask this question.

Those heads have a peg attached to the head and go into the torso. They do pop off but you have to modify and dremel the head to go on a jakks or mattel figure

LoW heads aren’t ball-jointed like RAs and Mattel figures. They had straight pegs like BCAs and TTLs. So you would have to modify them to fit.
