I thought this might be fun:
On Monday I used the Cyber Monday 4.0 Sale to snag some stuff I’ve been holding off on for a while. While I was checking out, I reflected on how when I first joined WFigs I was about 14. (I’m now 23) My parents were old school and didn’t trust online shopping so I always had to get money orders to make a purchase, or buy a prepaid Visa card. It was nice just to know I can make purchases now when I want.
What’s your favorite purchase you’ve ever made from Ringside in the Mattel era? For me, it was getting to get the RSC Kane along with Legends 3 Mr. Perfect!

My favorite Mattel Era RSC order was the nWo Wolfpack Macho Man. During the Toybiz days 98/99 That was my World Champion in my WCW/WWF fed. It was fun nearly 20 years later to get an accurate update to the figure and I got to strap him with the old 90’s Toybiz WCW world title. Toys at 30 are awesome!

My favorite thing I've gotten from RSC is the ringside barricade. It's just a game changer if you are building an arena.

There’s probably two. The first was back when the RSC Pink and Black Bret was about to come into stock. I had mentioned that I couldn’t wait for the order to ship because they were for my birthday and rsctrevor read my post about that and made sure they were there on my birthday two days later. I will always appreciate that. And the second was when my DM GAB ‘90 arrived. I was waiting 25 years for a company to make an official GAB Sting so I could retire all my customs. So that was a great receiving also.

My most memorable order was when I got loose RSC SCSA and loose RSC Kane with all accessories for around $25 shipped. They showed up in perfect condition and are still two of the star pieces in my collection.

The most I had ever been impressed with action figures up to that point.

My favorite is when I managed to get SES Punk, Masked Kane, Pink Hitman, SDCC Taker, Macho King and nWo Macho Man loose & complete due to one of the hurricanes from 2012-2013.

My RSC moments center around pleasant experiences with customer service.
When the order that included the red/black LoD arrived, I got two Hawks and no Animal. It was a large order so I followed my usual ways of taking the utility knife and opening all the boxes first. It was only after I opened it that I realized I had the wrong figure. I called RSC, admitted my mistake, said I understood if it was too late for a return/exchange, yet they still accepted a loose Hawk for an Animal figure.
Another time they sent the wrong BP in an order. I called and they sent the correct one and told me to keep the wrong BP even though I offered several times to ship it back. That's how I ended up with basic Enzo and Big Cass.
I'm not trying to be a mark for RSC. I just find their customer service to be very polite and accommodating. I've dealt with customer service reps for other retailers and none have come close to RSC.

Good thread! Honestly for me probably the first Legends series and the second set of DMs (these were the first DMs I ordered through Ringside). I got back into wrestling figures right as Jakks was ending and wasn't a big fan of their figures, so I missed all the classics line. Then to get that first set of Legends -- even with the questionable attire decisions, etc. -- I was so pumped. Same with that second series of DMs, just amazing, game-changing figures at the time.
Also I was super pumped when the nWo Macho Man came in because I had just had a bad surgery and needed something to cheer me up. It helped.

My first purchase getting into this money pit that I love so much was 2014, and was from ringside. Lots of basics, as I hadnt seen how much better the elites were in hand yet. Later I would learn, this was during a hurricane flood sale. The water damaged a lot of packages but the figs were fine and sold loose. This lot cost me $28.14 shipped, but ended up having some gems in there, and thus is my fave buy. (The picture is grainy, from old potato phone) Basic 16 John Cena Basic 21 Mason Ryan Basic 22 Zack Rhyder Basic 23 Kane Basic 25 Randy Orton Royal Rumble Heritage Basic Del Rio Signature Series 1 Basic Mysterio BP 28 Big E and AJ Defining Moments Bret Hart Legends Rockers Ringside Exclusive NWO Macho Man

For me it was the first NWO macho figure because it reminded me of the toy biz and osftm figures I had back in the day. The 2nd would be the RSC exclusive Kane with removable mask.

Probably my first RSC since getting back into collecting, which was the WM 8 HBK. I remember being shocked with how quick the figure came and how much of a gem it is.
