So anyone who knows anything about the 1992 CMLL San Francisco Toymaker line knows there was six figures released, Vampiro (two variations), Atlantis, Ultimo Dragon, Rayo de Jalisco Jr, Lizmark, and Pierroth Jr. On the back of the figures, 12 are listed (as shown below), with the new six being Brazo de Oro, El Brazo, Brazo de Plata, Sangre Chicana, Satanico, and Blue Demon Jr. However, as I was uploading a video from my CMLL TV collection in 1993 right now, I happened to come across this commercial (which I immediately cut out of the TV show and uploaded it on its own), which features wrestlers like Rayo de Jalisco Jr and Ultimo Dragon promoting their action figure. However, there is one thing about this commercial that deeply stands out to me, and that is there is shown in the commercial, a Pirata Morgan figure. I tried to search for this figure online after coming across this commercial, and I cannot get any type of hit or anything about a Pirata Morgan even being made. I'm seriously wondering now about this figure, and want to know more about the team who made the CMLL line in 1992. I'm gonna message some people I know who are close to Pirata, and have them ask him if he knows anything about the figure, but to me, as someone who specializes in Lucha Libre action figures, this, to me, is like seeing a Rhythm and Blues Greg Valentine, just for it never to be released

That is absolutely incredible. If that prototype could be found it would be an epic discovery. I know some ECW Toymakers proto stuff has gotten into collector hands, but I can't recall ever seeing any of the older WCW protos and certainly not CMLL. Good luck on your quest.

Man, this is an awesome find.
From the commercial, it looks like there are two unreleased figures. I see Pirata Morgan, but it also looks like there's a Sangre Chicana figure.
Pirata Morgan:
Sangre Chicana?:
Have you ever come across any commercials for the CMLL Super Luchadores line? These were CMLL's version of Wrestling Buddies produced by Future Toys. The back of the box on those features an unreleased Rayo de Jalisco Jr doll. In all my hunting, I've only been able to collect Vampiro, Pierroth, Tinieblas, and Atlantis. I think Rayo might have been replaced by Tinieblas since Tinieblas isn't even featured on the back.. That's just a guess though.
We've seen all the WWF prototypes popping up, now it's time for some Lucha stuff to appear haha

I own a Vampiro, Tinieblas, Pierroth, and Atlantis. I didn't realize there are no photos of Atlantis online. The back of the box features Rayo; it's unclear if that Buddy was released too. Seeing the CMLL toy commercials gives me hope that other undiscovered Lucha stuff might still be out there.
