And Walmart employees supposedly know who Harley race is đ It's fun to take yourself out of your wrestling shoes for a second and imagine if you were one of these employees who stocked these figures yet know nothing about wrestling. Who'd ever buy a toy of some old white guy in purple undies dressed like a king? Fair. But I'd like to think of be smart enough to tell of the toy looked anything like the picture on the box. Most of these swaps dont.

Wth?! How does this even happen? Someone did a swap and returned it to a store. It then ended up on Walmart's eBay rather than on the store shelves. Thatâs all the stuff I had figured out. I still donât get it how that could happen that a store return ends up being the image

Jeez, the years really took a toll on Mella...
But seriously, Walmart clearly has no clue what they're doing if they manage to put a swapped figure on their Website... Pathetic.

Most of these swaps dont. It has nothing to do with intelligence. Retail employees don't get paid enough to care. They get crap on by customers all day long. They're expected to perform unrealistic duties and get reprimanded for not completing them.
Imagine if half the clothes at a Walmart were off the hangers. Okay, it sucks for the employee, but it gets worse. Imagine having to put them all back on hangers, with proper size tags, in order, all while doing price checks and trying to also organize the other 2 departments you're responsible for.
Now imagine having to organize all that, and then having to do it all over again every half hour because the bunghole customers can't put crap back in its place.
Yes, the duties and stress vary greatly depending on the amount of traffic the store gets, but if you've ever worked at one of those high-traffic stores in a popular department you would understand why things like this slide.

Funny thing is, you could totally find this exact item at that exact store. #Cincyproblems đ
Anyone else notice thatâs not even the right head in the right body? So many struggles to count in this pic!

How they have to put clothes on hangers, many times, in many departments. Well, that's called work. At a job, you work. If that isn't the work you wanna do, get a better job. You can't make excuses for people having crap jobs not wanting to do them. It's literally what they signed up for.

That's pretty funny. At first I thought it was a third party seller on Walmart.com, but it looks like an actual sold by Wal-Mart listing. Same exact reaction that I had. I got a good laugh out of it.

What if every single able bodied adult worked harder and bettered themselves, good jobs and opportunities are finite, because they are something to be attained and earned when we all know not everyone in our society will do that. But what if they did, some people would still have to stock those WalMart shelves. WalMart doesnât offer much in the way to being a good department head or department worker, want more money, move up and move away. If they did we would have better toy departments and associates who knew and tried to run things right. Right now they pay enough for Bob to move the box. And while we can argue about Bobs skills or work ethic, we still get the same issues with trying to get the latest figures at our WalMarts and them stopping figure fraud. And while I agree Bob is getting what he deserves for his choices of only being skilled enough to move box, I can swallow some pride and letâs take care of Bob to help take care of us and our figures.

People need their first jobs at some point. Why should they get paid more than minimum when theyâve never proven themselves? High school kids donât complain about making minimum. They are the ones who should be working these jobs or someone else who unfortunately doesnât value their work any more than an unproven teenager. No matter how hard every one works there will always be new people to add to the workforce who only deserve minimum.
