Well with the go home shows wrapped up this leaves 10 spots in the men’s rumble open and 7 open for the women’s. Take that for what it is.

Just read an article on wwe.com about the announce lineup.
4 commentators for each Rumble match... Men's - Michael Cole, Corey Graves, JBL & Jerry Lawler Women's - Renee Young, Beth Phoenix, Tom Phillips & Corey Graves
I thought 3 was overkill for a commentary booth but 4? It's going to be a cluster f*ck, especially with how often Cole, JBL & Lawler go off on tangents about random things.

So like it’s obv not gonna happen but IF it did and Roman entered the Rumble at like #29 and went on to win it, would people be mad? BTW Roman is STILL advertised on the poster!

That Men's Rumble is gonna be ROUGH to listen to. Lawler and JBL are dreadfully bad.

That Men's Rumble is gonna be ROUGH to listen to. Lawler and JBL are dreadfully bad. It's gonna be tough for sure. I mean bringing back Lawler somehow makes sense cause he's a legend and all, but JBL? I hate how he is still given big ass paychecks after the whole Mauro incident and his bullying backstage. Just pisses me off so bad...

Some predictions:
1) Bray Wyatt returns 2) Bludgeon Brothers return 3) Braun Strowman re-aligns himself with the reformed Wyatts and if number 5 below doesn't happen, he wins the Rumble. 4) R-Truth--although claiming he'll enter the Men's Rumble during last night's SDLive, will somehow find himself entering the Women's Rumble. Carmella will be trying to convince him to leave, and either she gets eliminated as a result or during the confusion, someone (Charlotte) throws Becky over the top. 5) If Becky is eliminated in the Women's Rumble, Becky wins the Men's Rumble after taking out Truth because his antics cost her the match. Don't want to hear nonsense about her winning this RUmble. Chyna, Kharma, and Beth Phoenix all entered the Rumble in year's past. If they won, they'd be facing the then WWF/E champion or the World Champion as that was the prize back then.

JBL is probably in the actual Royal Rumble. They could pull the same move with Beth Phoenix, too. Essentially, you have two talents who can get up and get involved in the actual match if they want to tell that story. I'm not saying it's a good story, I'm just saying they have that option with all of those commentators out there at the table.

If there are 10 spots for entrants then who do I think the entrants will be in the Men's Rumble
1- EC3 (main roster debuting entrant) 2- Velveteen Dream (NXT entrant) 3- Kevin Owens (returning entrant) 4- Bray Wyatt (returning entrant) 5- Braun Strowman 6- Aleister Black (NXT entrant) 7- JBL (surprise entrant) 8- Kurt Angle (surprise entrant) 9- AJ Styles (enters after failing in the title match)
10- Kenny Omega (surprise that might be a long shot)

7 open spots for the Women I will go with:
1- Shayna Baszler (NXT Women's Champion enters the Rumble)
2- Shafir 3- Duke 4- Victoria (surprise entrant) 5- Io Shirai 6- Nikki Bella 7- Brie Bella

Orton rocketed to the top of the potential winners from SD, for me. Lends credence to the rumor of him challenging Styles at Mania.
Still think the highest chances belong to the Raw bunch. Rollins should be top guy but his interactions with McIntyre is gonna stand in his way. Only one other has been positioned to win it now: Roman Rei- I mean Braun Strowman. Sorry, their booking keeps causing me to get the two mixed up.

That's ridiculous and would be a huge slap in the face to every man on that roster. Becky Lynch winning a men's royal rumble match would likely be enough to make me say goodbye forever to wwe.

Young and Phoenix would have been enough for the woman’s Royal Rumble. Why are the others even involved in this? They’re not needed, and it ruins the commentary, in my opinion.

Any idea, or confirmed pics of the stage setup for the show floating around?

Any idea, or confirmed pics of the stage setup for the show floating around? It’ll probably be either the RAW or SmackDown stage. No other show other than WrestleMania or the international “super shows” get special treatment.

It's make the other shows aside from Mania feel more special again. Seeing the Summerslam 2007 stage compared to the 2018 stage, Summerslam just doesn't feel that big or special anymore.

I actually enjoy Beth on commentary

No other show other than WrestleMania or the international “super shows” get special treatment. That’s really weak, especially considering it’s one of the “Big 4”. As much as I’m over the massive Raw and Smackdown HD setups, the least they could do is spice them up a little for their bigger events. I miss the smaller setups from the mid-00’s, and before. And, all crowds are so dimmed out nowadays. I miss being able to actually see the entire arena(s), lit up, and full of people, where you could see that the buildings were actually sold out. Sorry, I just miss these things.

Man I cannot wait to watch the Men's Royal Rumble with amo playing over it because holy that commentary team sounds atrocious. There should be technology on the Network to mute JBL and Lawler. But, at least the Women's Royal Rumble has the greatness of Renee, Graves and Phillips to drown out the averageness of Beth.
