Went to two Walmarts today that brickseek said in-stock but both had nothing. I asked a worker and she said just because it says in-stock doens't mean they have them in stores. She said it could mean they are in transit but they will have them very soon. Oh well... Probably means they're sitting in the back room, and they're too lazy or too dumb to bother trying to find them for you. And meanwhile there's about 6 wwe pegs empty or with TMNT or other wrong product on them at my store. This is why brick and mortor stores are failing. Really not good for much other than consumables.

There is 2 basic wwe Mattel figures on the shelf on my local Walmart and it’s been like that for about 2 weeks. It’s frustrating because I do try to go out and get figures in stores but these stores make it very difficult.

Brickseek is not 100%. Three Walmarts finally popped up with "In Stock," then none had them. The website is okay, but dont get too excited until you get to the stores. Series 2 heartbreak all over again.

Items get scanned when they arrive off the truck and either get put in a bin in the back or taken to sales floor. If it's in transit then it would tell the associate that when they looked it up and not in stock. I would suggest talking to a member of management because if it says in stock then they are in the building somewhere

Had to go to Twitter and rub salt in the wound for myself looking at the pic of Zack Ryder at Walmart holding a fresh case of Series 7 lol.

I went to my local Walmart that showed in stock but couldn't find them. I asked for department manager and she told me I couldn't buy them because they were in the back and they hadn't set the new mod for them. Told me they'd be out Wednesday. I asked if I could buy the whole case and she gave me same answer. I called when I got home and spoke with an assistant manager who told me to come back tomorrow and they will get them out back for me lol

But, I really don't think these retailers give a crap about the toy departments. They mainly make money on consumables and electronics. It actually wouldn't surprise me if it benefits the stores to not really keep much of anything new stocked. They probably figure, people would keep coming in and checking for stuff, not find anything and end up buying some groceries or something while in the store. And it's such a shame we don't have a big box toy store chain anymore

Brickseek worked perfectly for me. Quantity jumped, shot to Walmart and there they were still stretch wrapped on the pallet. Just picked them up in San Leandro CA

They left us to deal with $93 "RARE" Retro Kane and the Ebay scalpers. Walmart, you 2nd rate hacks.

Well well, the same two Sasha Banks figures hanging there on the pegs laughing at me when I got to my Walmart. Expected nothing less-stay classy Walmart lol. Nothing at all at Five Below either. Hoping that wasn't just a random holiday shipment and they get them in at least once more. Checked both Targets in my area for the heck of it also. One had no Retro figures at all and low and behold at the other as always a fully stocked peg of Series 3.....laughing doesn't even quite cover it anymore.

Yeah, one of the Targets near me restocked with more series 3 as well. It boggles the mind.

This, if it shows in stock, then they are in store, on shelves, stocked in back, or who knows where. But, they are there. Sometimes over time, quantity may be off by a few due to theft, or lost items. But, if it spiked on brickseek that's because they were scanned off the truck at the store. In all likelihood they're not out yet as they're waiting for a reset of the section. The employees either don't know how to help, or in most cases are too lazy to bother trying to get it from the back for you.

Then those clowns were lying to me. We stood there for 10 minutes while this manager lady was on her hand held gadget telling us that brickseek was wrong. All I know is Walmart sends me home empty handed.

Well, first and foremost, Brickseek has always said NOT to quote them to stores. Considering every Walmart and Target is gearing up for the section reset, there's a good chance they do have them in the back and they're probably stacked away in a ton of other boxes that is getting ready to be put soon. It's reset season. This happens every year at this time. They go in and move everything around, retag, and then unload all the new crap that was in the back. She probably didn't want to waste her time going through multiple pallets looking for one box of toys.
