I’m going to Phoenix in a couple weeks for Royal Rumble. I was originally just planning on going to the Rumble on Sunday, but some of my other plans got cancelled. So I ended up getting a ticket for NXT Takeover and the second Saturday session for Axxess.
I contacted the people selling the Axxess tickets and they kind of helped but not fully. I was thinking maybe you guys might have some info.
I got both a VIP ticket for Miz and Maryse, and a premium VIP ticket for Mysterio. Same session, but different times. I was told I’ll be fine as long as I have both tickets handy. Does anyone know if the VIP tickets also include the GA stuff? Also is there a list anywhere of who is appearing at what sessions, or is it just like find out when you get there?

Yes you get to stay from 1-5 and enjoy the rest of the GA things. You’ll get both tickets scanned to get your 2 vip bracelets right before entering. GA list is up on the wwe website, I believe bliss, nia, Rusev and some others are listed for now.

When we did Summerslam we met the people we had tickets for and were directed out of the building. It was just one line. In then out.

Also, be sure to get in line for whomever you have the VIP for. I got one for Rey at the WrestleMania 30 Axxess event, and saw Trish was signing about an hour after Rey started. So I got in her line thinking I could get through it quick enough to still go meet Rey in time, got something signed from Trish, and there were still people finishing up in Rey's line, but they had already closed it off. Even though I showed them whatever special VIP thing they gave me to show I bought a VIP ticket to meet Rey.

Should I probably just plan on going straight from one line to the other?

Based on my personal experience, you want to make sure you get your VIP signings first because they may cut the line off, even if you provide proof of your purchase. In my case, I think I got the Rey VIP just to get in earlier without an extreme desire to meet Rey since I had met him before, so I was willing to risk missing out on him, which I did. But when I got the Undertaker premium VIP for $199, I definitely was not missing that and it took the entire session to get through his line, and beyond when the doors were closed. But they got everyone through who was in the line. Now kind in mind, this was #WrestleMania Axxess I'm talking about. I have no idea how they're doing Axxess for this or any other event they do them for. If it's not a full blown Axxess event like at #WrestleMania, then you may only be meeting those people and not have anyone else around. Unless they have mentioned more names and I just haven't noticed.

Unless they have mentioned more names and I just haven't noticed. I had to go into the search on WWE.com and do some digging. They do list other people appearing (some I’m surprised aren’t VIP). They only list the VIP names and the bigger GA names then say “and more”. I see Alexa Bliss is scheduled for my session. I’d like to meet her too if I have time, but I’m not gonna be upset if I only get my two VIP tickets. Axxess was kind of a last minute thing for me since I was already gonna be in Phoenix and my original plans fell through.

anyone know if VIP gets you in earlier than regular admission? I’m like 99.99% sure it does. Pretty sure I read there’s a separate entry line that gets you in earlier. But if it’s like Wrestlemania Axxess when I went for WM29 all you could really do was get on lines and wait. I don’t think anyone signing actually showed up until doors were fully open.

VIPs do go in a few minutes earlier. That’s good because you’re one of the first ones to join a GA line before the rest come in and completely fill it up. After meeting that GA then I’d join my vip line or even get in another GA with a small line. Having a VIP ticket is almost your only opportunity to meet the top general admission names like bliss Asuka or hardy.
