Has anyone received a phone notification in the last two weeks or so? i’ve gotten nothing for Aleister Black hopefully when he finally goes back up it’ll be in a little larger quantity and those who are still looking for him have a chance. |

Blehhh. I’m really close to spending the $50+ for Black on eBay. My local store has only gotten one shipment of the wave and that was weeks ago. Haven’t gotten an app notification in ~2 weeks either.
Hate to pay scalper prices, but man, I guess I’m going to have to if I want this figure. Was hoping things would even out and they would pop up in my area more regularly by now, but I guess that’s not happening. Lol.

Connecticut seemed to luck out with this series. I’ve been to 5 different Targets and was able to find the series in each of them.

I found 2 Killian Dain & 1 Drew today....happy to finally get them both.
I picked up both Dain's because I figured I could help someone out on here who hasn't found him or especially if someone "across the pond" wants him you can have it for my cost + shipping

I’ve been to 6 targets and struck out every time. Is it possible that some stores have the new cases in the back and don’t put them out yet because the old stock is still available? There are always plenty of the old series out which makes me think they might be waiting to get rid of those. I think the inventory has to fall below 2 to trigger a restock. So if there are a bunch of NXT figures on the pegs, they won't get new shipments until those sell. It's very possible the NXT4 inventory could be gone before those figures ever sell and the store misses the set entirely. |

Well, I cracked. Lol. I bit the bullet and bought Aleister on eBay. I did get it from a guy who updated his abdomen tattoos though, so that’s a huge plus for me. Now the figure is something I couldn’t get in stores, making the pill slightly easier to swallow.
Still frustrating to not really have the opportunity to buy it from target. Hasbro’s target exclusives are almost always available for pre-order on the website. There’s no reason for the NXT lines not to be as well. I wanted to give my money to Target / Mattel to further support the line, but after a prolonged time it was just easier to buy from s third party site.

Still think I’d rather have the official released figure untouched, than one with some crappy decals put on it.

I’m an OOB collector, so I don’t care if the package is opened or not. The box is either getting put in storage or thrown away. Lol. And I don’t see why it being updated is a huge negative. It’s making the current figure more up to date and was done very nicely. Not like the guy had his kid take a sharpie to it. Lol. They fit in perfectly with the factory tattoos. To me it takes the piece from a mass produced figure to a piece that someone put effort into making their own. I’ll happily buy figures like that any time, as long as they’re done well. Still think I’d rather have the official released figure untouched, than one with some crappy decals put on it. That’s just me, though. What makes it “crappy”? They’re well-made and fit right in with the other tattoos. Sounds like you’re talking out of your ass a bit here. Lol. |

Would love to see pictures.
Some of the most well known decal makers have made these and they didn’t turn out too great. Reason being that the color behind the tattoos (Aleister’s actual skin tone) doesn’t match the skin tone of the figure.

suddenlyrichie as long as you like it and want it that way don’t worry about what others think. If they wouldn’t purchase it themselves that’s cool, and it’s cool for you to do it and have it a way you want as well.

Finally got a Drew off of eBay. I did the neck flap trim that has been suggested on here, and that’s a huge improvement. I also pinched the front of the face together while the plastic was still pliable in order to make the face less flat and wide. I feel like it makes the likeness more realistic.
