They look great - so exciting to see more Retros so quickly The Jeff and Braun cards especially look beautiful I’m not sure about using action photos rather than promotional ones since the Hasbros mostly went with promotional, but I guess they’re going for images of the attire the figure is in rather than anything else.

Great set but I still can't get over the retro designer saying Sheik was the most glaring omission from his Hasbro collection or however he worded it. It's cool but that Diesel better see the light of day lol.

If the line ends or gets cancelled without us getting Mabel, Isaac Yankem, Lawler, Bob Backlund, Roadie/Road Dog-which were all choices they went with for Elite figures, I'll forever haunt them with those words lol.

Look awesome. I was shocked ringside just delayed series 7 when they are already in most stores. I’m sure series 8 will get pushed back too.

Couldn’t help but pump my fist in the air seeing Ryder get his Hasbro style figure made.
Must be surreal for him.
I know he lurks around here so if you happen to see this, congrats broski.

It's cool but that Diesel better see the light of day lol. That's mental. Sheik was in WCW or a manager while Hasbros were coming out. I had literally never heard a single human being ask for a Hasbro style Sheik until Mattel was rumored to have one in their lineups. That's dumbfounding. Glad Ringside is up-charging these by like $25+ over retail so I don't even have to think twice about waiting.

I absolutely need that Sheiky, but there's no way I'm spending $16. I'll take my chances at retail.

I'd bet that sheiky baby is the toughest one to find from this set once they hit retail. Close second would be hardy.

I wonder if Mattel had to stiff ringside in order to get Walmart to pick the line back up by having them hit there first? It sucks that they've been sitting at my Walmart for a week now, but nobody can find them for me. Only 8 are coming in at a time though this time, so once they are out and they sell, what like 2-3 weeks then for a 2nd box to come in? Guessing it will only have one peg now in each store this time around.

Guessing it will only have one peg now in each store this time around. With Wal-Mart, that depends on a whole mess of factors that are going to be unique to each region. If the product, historically, performs well in your area, if the toy departments in your region are typically profitable, if your stores out-of-stock process is consistent, and if your distribution center a) has the backstock to compensate and b) isn't stretched too thinly between other stores in your area...then it could be a matter of days. Wal-Mart gets multiple hardline deliveries per week. Mass retail is weird.

Nice looking. The only fix-up I'm going to do is add iron sheik's headgear.

That Ryder is somewhere between a modern figure and a flashback based on the attire/packaging choice. Very happy for the guy to get an official Hasbro-style figure!

If Xavier Woods didn't wear curly toed boots, I don't think that Sheik would have ever been made. They made the boot mold for Xavier, so it makes sense to get another use out of it.

We all have wanted to create the January 1984 Sheik vs. Hogan title switch that took place even before LJN had the line. Psh.. -_-
