I'm doing a bit of Winter cleaning and I have an entire drawer overflowing with WWE magazines. I pretty much subscribed for the entire run. My question relates to keeping them.
Are they worth anything? Should I keep the collection or only a few?
I appreciate any ideas you all might have!
*Edit*
I'm talking the 2005ish-on run

If you have almost the entire run, they could be worth something. But if it was me, i'd keep them. They'd be great pieces to go back look at every now and then, and if you ever have children or want them to get into wrestling, they'd be great to help introduce them.
When i was younger, i used to buy every edition of the 'PowerSlam Magazine" that came out every month, i loved those and still have them to this day. They were a fantastic source for rumours and everything going on in the wrestling world before the internet was big. Those Magazines introduced me to promotions other than WWE & TNA, i still remember in one of the 2009 issues, seeing a picture of Giant Bernard and Karl Anderson from NJPW. I was surprised to see that's where A-Train was and little did i know, less than 10 years later Karl Anderson would be in WWE.
I plan on keeping these Magazines so one day if i have kids, they'll be a great source of old school wrestling knowledge.

I recently purchased WWE Magazines on the bay. I paid around $35-$40 shipped for each entire year of magazines. So about $3 ish per mag as a lot. I purchased 1994, 1995, 1997, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003. So to answer you’r question they aren’t worth much and I don’t see the value going up. I’m considering shadow boxing them and using them as a decorative memorabilia piece.

It’s unusual that ‘printed media’ increases greatly in value. It comes down to the amount produced, and availability. The magazines were everywhere for sale - all over the world - and likely hundreds of thousands produced.
I think they are amazing, and worth way more then their $ value. I would hang onto them - you’ll enjoy them more then the money u might get (unless you need the cash, in which case - sell them).

The older ones seem to be big sellers (80s early 90s) once you get into the attitude era I dont see too many go for big prices.

In 20 years from now they will be worth money.
A lot of wrestling fans collected through the 80s, 90s and maybe early 2000s, but stopped. They may want to go back and get the rest to complete the collection, thus these newer WWE magazines from 2005 - 2014 will go up in price because they will be a lot harder to find since nobody was really buying them when they were out.
The same with the PWI magazines. I still buy them every other month, and I don't know anyone else who still does.

I've got from 1990-2014 and all the special issues they currently release.
It was fun (yet expensive) to go back and rebuy all the ones I had when I was younger and didn't take care of them. I just gotta get a handful of the special edition magazines and then I should be all set.
