Does anyone know the legalities of making and selling shirts for figures? I've seen people do quite a few just wondered how they get around copyright laws.

I've been making my own but I've had a ton of people hitting me up for stuff for sell but just didn't want to get in trouble.

No company cares about one dude making shirts for spare change, they lose money taking you to court because you can't pay whatever outrageous fee they want anyway.
People make custom copyrighted superheroes and regularly sell them for $200 and they never get bothered, no reason you'll get bothered for selling $5 shirts.

If you sell on ebay, you'll get shut down as a warning.

Get an Ecrater.com store, it's free, easy to set up and you don't pay fees, just Paypal's usual 3% fee or whatever.
If for whatever reason there's a problem (because ebay/paypal are related), I'm sure you can find free alternatives.

I was thinking about doing some just on groups on Facebook. I really didn't think it would be a big deal but you never know.

there is a couple of pages on Facebook and Instagram that sell figure clothing doesn't seem to big of an issue
