For anyone trying to place the face... That looks like the Enforcer Double A. The other one.

lol how have they failed? They're both over. Are we just going to pretend that when Becky was picking her replacement to face Ronda Asuka didn't get a significantly louder pop than Charlotte? Nakamura didn't get dueling chants when he faced Rusev?

Yeah I can see why they are duds, and to me they are, but it's not their faults. The WWE won't let them do what they can really do so what does one expect?

Blaming WWE’s booking is not a cop out, it’s fact. Nakamura isn’t a dud in WWE because of himself, that’s on wwe. They never wanted him to be a huge star. Source? He was the top guy on NXT and they created a hell of an entrance for him, he came to the main roster with a lot of fanfare and has clean singles wins over Cena and Orton, and won the Royal Rumble and got a WWE title match at WrestleMania. Nakamura is a terrible example for you to use for a "DAMN U VINCE WHY U DO THE HOLD DOWN ON MY FAVORITE WRESTLERS" rant. What does this even mean? That's an incredibly ignorant statement, and very insulting to all of the wrestlers who have worked their asses off to become top stars. You completely proved my point. He was hot in NxT had great matches. He came in with buzz. Then they jobbed him to Jinder. They chose when he would be hot, and they choose when they’ll cool off on him. Nakamura didn’t drop the ball, WWE has. You really don’t think WWE holds certain wrestlers down? Really?

Nakamura didn’t drop the ball Lol. Have you even watched anything he’s done since his debut match against Sami Zayn?

Nakamura didn’t drop the ball Lol. Have you even watched anything he’s done since his debut match against Sami Zayn? Yeah he won the NXT Championship Twice, Main Evented Multiple Takeovers, beat John Cena, Won the Royal Rumble 8 Months into his WWE Career, and won the United States Championship. I'd say he's doing pretty well.

He's wrong, on both wrestlers. Its the booking that's the problem.

I mean, he's technically not wrong. You cant really say their runs have been successful. Yes you can blame WWE for booking because that's the easiest cop out but Asuka has no connection to fans and she's really fit more for a major Indie fed/NXT where there is a more "marky" crowd. Nakamura is a fantastic talent but he just simply doesnt "fit" in WWE. As amazing as Japanese talents are, they never blend well into major US wrestling. Even Muta & Chono were still a little "off" during their runs in WCW. The most "connected" Japanese wrestler has been Samoan. I dunno, She got a really loud pop Over Charlotte Flair.

I remember talking to a friend of mine where he predicted that Nakamura was gonna be a huge star when he made it to the main roster. I told him I didn’t see it happening. He worked in NXT where he could be kept off TV for a couple weeks at a time, give limited promos, have his opponent do most of the taking when there came time for a promo, and showcase his ability in the ring. On the main roster it’s much harder to hide your weaknesses when they’re exposed every week. You can’t be a top guy if you can’t speak English and deliver a good promo. You can’t just get by with wrestling ability.

Cruise is infamous for lobbying to get Tony's job on Nitro while at the same time Scott Hudson was like "I'll do Chris' job for less money" and suddenly Chris was out of a job.
