I’ve read some people’s comments about this figures release date was suppose to be for 2019. Just wondering if these will be back in stores or if this is just a rumor?

Unless theres extra inventory that could potentially show up at Big Lots, Ollies, TJ Maxx, etc. then theres no more Race figures coming.

My guess is there was a massive amount of this wave sitting in Walmart warehouses somewhere and Walmart sent them back to Mattel due to under performing sales of previous waves.
I’m expecting to start getting Five Below findings on Harley and the rest of this wave. Unless Mattel, for whatever reason, did a much smaller run on this wave than the previous two, then these figures are going to turn up.

I want to say by May we will see these at a discount chain. Maybe more towards the summer. In my opinion only half the production run of fb3 made it to Wal-Mart shelves\website. I think they will end up at ollies or 5 below. Remember everyone paying big bucks for retro2 and tnf3? Laughable now. Hopefully history repeats itself with fb3.

I wanna say you are right and only time will tell, but it does seem like flashback 2, 3, survivor series elites and fan central all had the same issues with ending up in stores. So if it’s one set I’d imagine it was all four of them. Or they were all made in smaller amounts. |

I've heard this too. I know here in Australia a toy shop called Mr Toys actually have a pic of Race in their system but no info yet. Currently they are up to series 1.

I love how everyone gets good stuff at 5 below and all i ever find are WWE zombies or mosters or some other major peg warmer.... meanwhile some find the long lost build a mean gene figure or excusives

No the guy that started that rumor is a buffoon. The Flashback line is no longer an active SKU so any remaining stock is going to discount stores. Just like the Wrestlemania sets that popped up last year.

The fact most figures can be had later down for half price is a huge turnoff also. The other thing was all the repaints and rereleases. All 3 have just left me not caring |
