Anyone have it? Should I get it? I've played the first, but not the second, and find them really repetitive, slow, and boring. But I love Disney and am willing to give this one a try if people recommend it.

I'm curious to see more reviews on this as well. I played 1 and 2 back when those originally came out on PS2 and I recently picked up the Story So Far for PS4 to play through the entire series. I'm about 2/3 of the way through 1.5, but I had to stop when RE2 came out. I struggled to get into 1.5 for the first couple hours or so but once you get through Wonderland and then into Agrabah, which I love immensely, the game really hits its stride.
I'm a massive Final Fantasy fan, (7, 8 and X are my very favorites) and so those characters not being in KH3 really hurts the appeal for me since that was one of my favorite elements of the previous installments. I have one friend who is super hardcore with the series and his opinion was he was content with how it turned out. So not that he loved it but it was "good enough" was the impression that I got from him, which kind of made me sad based on how excited he was for the release. I was gushing to him about the RE2 Remake, as it's immediately become my favorite of the entire franchise now, and he just didn't have the same enthusiasm for KH3.

Going to pick up after I've played the other Kingdom Hearts game. I only have a stack of 11 games waiting for me to play them... Why is there only 24 hours in a day?

Dude I know, life is such a struggle. Trying to work out, spend more time reading, watching wrestling, watching Netflix shows, and then try to fit in video games!?! It's so hard.

Is The Story So Far contain all of the previously released KH games? It doesn't seem very clear to me. Are the graphics any better? KH 1 always made me feel depressed for some reason.

Yeah the graphics are HD for 1, 2, DDD, and BBS. The collection is all of the main installment games and then side stories leading up to KH3. So 8 games plus the X Back Cover movie. Most of the side stories seem to be handheld games and the cutscenes are what was upscaled but I have yet to play them. This is the order I feel most people on the internet were recommending, and so this is what I'm going with for my play through. Most people commented that you could just watch the cutscenes on the handheld games and you're not missing anything. So I may go that route since the list is daunting. Kingdom Hearts Final Mix Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix Kingdom Hearts Re:coded Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth by Sleep Kingdom Hearts X Back Cover It seems to be the general consensus that the first game is the hardest to get through gameplay wise because of the platforming. I don't disagree between the two I've played. Sora isn't overly functional and the jumping is frustrating and you just feel confined as far as the mechanics go. I was able to work through that after a couple of hours once you get adjusted, but gameplay is absolutely better in KH2 imo.

I might have to pick that collection up, although I don't know if I'll have time to play through it. I have several games I haven't even started, life is just so busy!
