Ready? Most of the wrestlers who get regular screen time could probably step right onto Raw or Smackdown and know how to work the WWE style, play to the cameras, etc.
Actually have a spot for them? Not so much. It's been a month and they still have no idea how to handle the call ups, and they just seem sort of randomly tossed in here and there.
Vince seemed so involved in developing and creating characters throughout most of WWE history. It's not a shocker to me that characters he wasn't directly involved in creating or molding largely end up shifted to the background or mis-written once they hit the main roster since NXT became its own brand.

I think everyone at the top of NXT's roster is ready for primetime, including War Raiders.

Only guy I can see getting called up from the Half Time Heat 6 man tag match is Black. He's more than ready and didn't look out of place in the Rumble. The other 5 have unfinished business in NXT. Not because they're not ready, I just think they need to established some of the never guys to the top of the roster before draining NXT of its top guys. The other 5 also have easily another year of storyline to fill as well.

- Aleister Black: He's more than ready for a long time. - Kassius Ohno: He should've come up last year and joined The Bar to counter the New Day. - Pete Dunne: All his main roster appearances have felt natural like he belongs there. - Undisputed Era: All four of them are ready. - Shayna Baszler: Been ready for quite a while. - Fabian Aichner: I feel like he could shine if given the chance.
I would have included The Mighty, but with Nick Miller's departure, Thorne needs to find a singles character, which i'm sure he'll easily do, he's amazing in the ring and he's a fountain of charisma.

Been watching Aichner and Barthels new team on NXT and NXT UK and was thinking they could actually be ready for the main roster soon. Anyone else I'm not too sure about. As we've seen there's been a ton of premature call ups that have overflooded the roster

I'd like to see Shayna vs Ronda at some point with the heel crowd chanting "Shayna's gonna kill ya!" Rousey would get well pissed AGAIN.

Surely all three of British Strongstyle are ready for it, but they're needed to establish the NXTUK brand so I don't think they'll go anywhere yet.

The thing is, WWE barely pushes the talent they have on the Main Roster right now, People getting lost in the shuffle, people WWE Just don't even bother to use, Tag Teams who are never used, WWE Has more people than they know what to do with, The Main Roster is too crowded, all while they just keep signing and signing and signing people that now NXT Is getting too crowded, Like look at this list of people
The Colons No Way Jose (Who was doomed from the start) Tye Dillinger (Injured, but even before he was injured he was barely used) The Ascension Sin Cara Mike Kanellis
All those people WWE Probably forgets are even employed,Some of them could do well if given the chance, like what are they trying to do, are they gonna wait for some random day and just release a bunch of people?
Now on the NXT Talent being ready for the main roster, they don't even bother to push the people they have on the main roster now, im afraid to see what they will do with people like The Velveteen Dream, they could be pushed or they will just get lost in the shuffle, but the wrestler who i could see getting a really big push from NXT would be Aleister Black
