this was legitimately one of the worst RAW's i've ever seen. nothing happened. nothing was really good and the commentary was literally the WORST ive ever heard on any wrestling show ever Renee is terrible Coles always been bad |

Lol what kind if ending is this?
BAWBY blatantly interferes with the match with Finn and Lio and is just tossed in the back.
Strowman hits Corbin and it's a DQ because hes not the legal man.
If people have any brain cells firing after the years and I mean YEARS of brainwashing from WWE, give AEW a good chance.
This gimmick chit is intellectually- disabled.

And honestly, the only reason I watch Smackdown is to make sure I dont miss Temptation Island.

Balor is in control, Lashley trips and drags Balor out of the ring, into the barricade, damaging Balor and ceasing his control of the match.

The Four Corners Tag match, and EVERY SINGLE Tag match in WWE history, more than once, an illegal participant enters the ring to attack a legal competitor. Including beatdowns, finishers and Tag team moves.

Bayley rolls up Alicia Fox, Fox's feet are hitting and going under the bottom rope.

Seriously, is WWE even trying anymore? it's like they don't care how what happens in the match, they can't even be bothered to write it so it makes sense... They just say "DQ Braun" but with no explanation or reasoning behind it. These writers are getting so damn lazy now, they're either drunk, on drugs or just a bunch of brainless Monkeys with no clue what to do.
A child could write storylines and book matches that would make more sense than the garbage they're putting on at the moment.

So this RAW seemed to have it's ups and downs. Ups: Becky's segment was good. I really like the character development of Becky refusing to see any doctors after having Survivor Series taken away from her. Good storytelling. The entire Moment of Bliss segment was really fun to watch. Dean was fantastic. EC3 beating Ambrose in his main roster debut was a big shock. I know it's more to sell the Ambrose leaving storyline than to give EC3 a push, but it was still a good moment. Boss n Hug Connection qualifying for the Women's Tag Team title Elimination Chamber match very well deserved. I really liked the spot where Sasha pulled Bayley out of harm's way. It really worked on selling how strongly unified they are. The Revival seem to finally be getting the push they deserve. I liked the Ryder/Hawkins backstage talk. Downs: What the  was that ending? Since when has the illegal tag team partner striking an opponent been a DQ?! That's unfathomably dumb, I don't know how anyone thought that was a good idea. One week Nikki Cross is a beloved face tagging with the faces, the next she's a heel partnering with Alicia Fox? What on earth? Flipping someone's alignment without any on-screen explanation never works. I can only hope that this was a one week turn to set up a feud with Alicia Fox. There were a good couple of random backstage segments that I didn't care for, those being Natalya/Dana Brooke and Apollo Crews/Rezar. I don't know why they devoted time to them, but I still didn't care for either story afterwards. So it was a bit of a mixed bag last night. Some really good stuff, but also some REALLY bad stuff. |
