I've got my very first Elite figures today, Akam & Rezar from Elite 62 and I immediately noticed how bad the feet are. While the Rezar only has a little bit room to move on his right feet, Akam has it a bit more noticable on his left and it's completely loose on his right foot. Is that normal for Elite figures? I'm scared that I break it off if I want to use it right because it's completely loose but without using the actual foot moving function. That is hard to use actually because the resistance is very strong when it comes to that. But besides that, like I said, it's very loose. To make it more clear, here are pictures and videos: Second thing I noticed, while the titles are very beautiful, they are way too short. I can't get it around their waste and close them, not even without the west. What was Mattel thinking here? The space for that is just a little bit bigger than my thumb and that on the very first connection points, I have no idea for what you could even use the other one or all the holes after that, lol. Is there some extension available somewhere or how do you guys do it? Also, I think the scale is a little bit too small unfortunately, that doesn't seem 100% right. :/

The belts are usually made to fit the kinda average sized guys like Seth Rollins but skinny guys like Ellsworth or fat guys like KO have no chance. As far as I know no-one has swapped out the strap on that particular belt although there are 2 variations in the wwe title. 1 with 5 rows and the other with 7. Most of the titles use similar straps like the universal and current WWE to accomodate bigger guys. Even both women's titles use the same strap but in white. They're obviously out of scale too as it's basically the same as the WWE and universal but with a white strap instead of red or black and likewise are far too big for most of the women. But it would likely fit Nia's thigh lol. Hope that helps, any questions shoot them my way.

What’s wrong with the ankle? That’s how the rocker/pivot joint is designed so the feet stay flush on the surface when you put the figures legs in wider stances

Your very first elite figures are two of the best Mattel has made in a while. So if you're gonna nitpick such small things, maybe this isn't your hobby.

I was thinking about if I would have an old title to spare and cut off the left side with the points that goes into the holes and make new holes on the side of them, couldn't I use this as strap extension for bigger guys? Has anyone tried this? Just like they do it in reality too. Your very first elite figures are two of the best Mattel has made in a while. So if you're gonna nitpick such small things, maybe this isn't your hobby. I'm not nitpicking, I'm seriously only asking if I got a bad model. Cause it's only the right foot that is so loose, Akam almost doesn't have that at all on both feet. It also looks like the distance between the foot and mechanism is higher on the right foot as on the other one or Akam in general: So it immediately looked odd to me.

Here's what the joint looks like so you understand how it's supposed to move. The ankles are supposed to rock to the sides for more natural ankle angles. The unsightly gaps allow the joint to actually move.
You can usually tilt the shin inward about 45 degrees, a lot less to the other side.
(I thought they looked funky too at first)
Regarding different lengths for the posts, I haven't actually measured, but it would make sense to me if there were different sized ones considering the line is supposed to have wrestlers be in scale with each other. Mattel could then tweak the figure heights that way instead of needing completely new leg molds to make a guy 3mm taller or whatever.

Edge Sangral You can use the clear rubber bands they come in the package with to make a belt “extension”.

You think that because they came with AOP, the titles would fit them well. Nah, makes too much sense. I can understand belts that came with thinner waisted wrestlers might not fit all other Elites. Seriously though Mattel, get your production team in order. Who looks at the samples and says, good job, send them out that way ? Those people need to be canned ASAP.

I think the belts are actually better as is. The actual belts only have so much strap length - that's why bigger guys like Yoko, the Natural Disasters, and AOP always wore their belts over their shoulders. So it's realistic that you can't fit the belt around the figure's waist.

That ankle/foot joint is - and always will be, worthless. Glad basics don't have it anymore.

Or you could realize that AOP never wear belts in real life because they’re too small to fit them and go on with your life.

Maybe if the WWE titles fit around AOP’s waists Mattel would have designed them to fit the larger torsos. But AOP wore them over their shoulders.

I’ve never had a problem with the rockers. They always worked fine keeping the feet flush to the surface.

If you don't have any extra belts around, buy some cheap common ones off ebay and do exactly that. Cut off each end and make a strap extension. Works quite well actually.

My Dude Love & 1 of my DM SCSA feet are deformed like that. (what’s shown in the pics/video) Deformed foot makes the figure look likes it’s got a peg leg.
