Which Bobby Heenan figure is better? I like the Fan Central but it has the old clothing staining problem so not sure if I am better off getting the HoF figure?

I have both. When I think about Heenan I think about him wearing the jacket like the FC figure, but aesthetically the HF figure is the better looking figure imo. So it really just depends on your preference. If I was forced to pick one I'd go with the FC Heenan since I think that's the more iconic look in my brain, but then I have no personal attachment to the Mania 3 match, either. So that could be a factor.
I will say that if you end up with the FC figure, just roll the bottom of the jacket up towards his waist so you can give it that classic look.

Hall of Fame.
The TRU attire is more iconic, but the shirt isn't one of Mattel's better executed cloth items. (I do love that logo on the back, though.)

You can't go wrong with either one

I feel like we still need a definitive Bobby Heenan figure. The 4-pack version is an awesome figure, but was basically a one-time attire. The Fan Central attire is far more iconic, but the fabric jacket should have been a fully molded torso instead of removable clothing. I'm hoping for a suit and bolo tie version with a smirking expression. This would probably be my ideal attire.

HOF is specific to one match and one match only. He didn’t even wear it with anyone else he managed at WM3. It also doesn’t resemble any other attire he ever regularly wore. So if you want a Heenan to solely display with Matty Legends/E29 Andre then go with HOF. Go with FC if you want him to match up with more family members. Even if the attire doesn’t technically go with certain wrestlers he managed it doesn’t look as off as the white and gold tux.

I'm hoping they make another Bobby Heenan at some point...The fan central attire was boring and I didn't want the other figures in the 4 pack.

Of the two listed, the FC is probably the more iconic since he only wore the HOF one at WM3 (I believe) but I think the HOF figure is the better executed figure by Mattel. Of all of the looks Heenan had I'm not sure which would be the most iconic look, though I would probably want this one (image below) since it works as a manager look and an announcer look: But when are we getting him like this:

I'd love to see this version, but don't know if they'd be able to do the glitter effect.

Which Bobby Heenan figure is better? I like the Fan Central but it has the old clothing staining problem so not sure if I am better off getting the HoF figure? Fan Central all the way, the HOF figure is match specific while FC has more general attire and is the ideal Bobby Heenan manager figure IMO. As for the staining, this figure should be displayed with the jacket on so if you don't take it off you won't have to worry about the staining. I don't understand why this figure is bare chested, from what I recall Heenan always wore a shirt or jacket when he came to the ring as a manager- what is the point of not including a shirt?!

The Fan Central one - and I wouldn't worry about the staining issue... it's not as if you'd ever display him without the jacket on(!). I don't understand why this figure is bare chested, from what I recall Heenan always wore a shirt or jacket when he came to the ring as a manager- what is the point of not including a shirt?! I'm pretty sure he never wore a shirt underneath that black windbreaker though...

As said I wouldn't be displaying him without the windbreaker so the staining would not matter. From what I have seen at least the staining isn't as bad as say the E3 Christian or that Rusev.

I like the Heenan windbreaker because it just makes him look like a mouthy guy who stepped out of the bar at a bowling alley. We need a Gorilla Monsoon!

Windbreaker Heenan is much a much more utilitarian look and is still a great figure. Hall of Fame Heenan is arguably a little better but so much more narrow in use. His tux is extremely well done and pops more on a shelf admittedly.

Fab Central jacket stains But do you think it matters if the figure is never supposed to take the jacket off? That's what I am running through my mind right now

Both are great but absolutely it's the Fan Central one. Heenan with the black jacket is his definitive WWF look.
