Hi All - wondering if i could get some help.
i'm a huge Warrior fan and now that I am a bit older would love to collect some of my favorite childhood toys.
i still have my WWF hasbros (loose of course) and they have been passed onto my children for their enjoyment.
but now I kinda have that itch to want to buy them packaged, MOC. i know they are expensive (especially warrior) but i'd love to have these. prices seem to range all over on EBAY....i know condition plays a big factor in that.
would like to know from other collectors what to look for when purchasing. how important is MINT condition? do you grade them if they are in such pristine condition or does it not matter? how much does a little card damage matter? (examples: a slightly bent corner or small light crease)
these are getting harder to come by now so do you think i'm outta luck in finding ones that are in really mint shape?
thank you!

look for a flat card, with good ebay photos showing the card is flat.
Bubble not dented, not yellowed or cracked on the bottom.
back of card not got any sticker residue, and check the hook isn't damaged.
I got Warrior#3 moc cheap a few years ago, it's much much easier and cheaper to get hold of rather than U.S carded Warrior#3.

Well MOMC (Mint On Mint Card) will be very expensive.
A US-card Ultimate Warrior 3 will be expensive, even if the card is in bad shape (read: teared, damaged). A foreign card Ultimate Warrior 3 will be cheaper, but still pricey.
US-carded Ultimate Warrior 1 & 2 will be pricey. Foreign carded Ultimate Warrior 1 & 2 will be cheaper.
Also, it seems to be cheaper to find Ultimate Warrior 2 carded.

When it comes to MOC or mint, it really depends on you. Everyone has a different idea of what mint is. However, the cards that are in better shape (less bends, veins, creases, tears, sticker residue, cracks or dents, etc.) will usually go for more than a card that looks to be beat up. If you want a card that is in good shape you are probably going to be expensive. Also, look for sellers who have a make an offer option, sometimes you can get it for less than you were expecting. Series three is by far the most expensive, I believe of all the regular carded figures, it is second only to Dusty Rhodes in price. Series one has two different card backs, the bio on one says "won the WWF championship at WrestleMania 6" the other says "Is the WWF intercontinental champion", it doesn't seem like much but the one that says Is the WWF Intercontinental Champion will be more expensive because there were fewer of those made. Sticker residue can sometimes be hard to spot, eBay has a zoom feature on photos make sure to look at each one carefully. Also, read the sellers description, sometimes the card and figure look great and you want to purchase it only to find out in the sellers description section that the bubble is coming loose, or there was water damage, etc.

Just don't ask too many picky questions, as the seller may block you from bidding if he thinks you're gonna be trouble. also I forgot to say, be very careful not to buy a re-seal (sold as new) look for white dry marks under the bubble.

Also check the front of the card in the top left near the picture of the wrestlers head, that's where I have seen most of the sticker residues.

I will just say if looking for a US Card Warrior 3, prices probably won't be any lower than they are currently. Market was flooded over the past 6 months from that guy in Japan. I think he has finally run out of most of what he had bar pretty poor condition cards. So I would think prices would gradually start climbing again in time.

There were dozens of very rare MOCs sold from Japan over the past few months. Mainly Green Cards, English S3 cards, red card bret/taker and some others. Seemed like the guy had cases of them he was unloading. Prices have dropped on a lot of those because of the "flood" of figures onto the market. But, his supply seems to be drying up at this point as most of what he's putting up seems to be in poor condition now.
