Looks like Legends Bobby Heenan's DPCI might be 087-16-8079.
Edit: User said this was the series DPCI, which is even better news.

Between yesterday and today been to 6 Walmart’s and a Target locally and neither of these apps seem to be close to what’s on hand at all

Sooo I guess the royal rumble elites come up as the wrestlemania elites? I checked a target and it came up as those. Unless someone else has a different code
