what do you think Bobby Lashley's career would've looked like had he stayed throughout?

I'd be even more tired of seeing him on TV. No offense, he just doesn't have it.
Oh. His career. Um more titles. Vince likes Bobby. He's probably a nice dude and he's got the look Vince likes.
He'd have been on Smackdown and RAW both, numerous times. Probably would've lost to Brock 2+ years ago.
And still stinking up my TV.

He wouldve been talking about fighting in MMA instead of actually doing it.

Now doesn't exist on this board. sorry but if I left this on the classics board there's a couple of members who would quickly start adding all kinds of modern talk to the classics board.

No wonder the classic board is dying. He left 11 years ago.

Can't really see him being a big ticket seller, he probably woulda been one of those guys that won the title, dropped it within a month or two and then fadef right down the card.
The fact he went away, made him relevant.

I like Lashley. I don't know why people give him so much sh*t. Those matches he had with Roman Reigns over the summer were really good.
I think if he had been in WWE for the last 10 years with no breaks he obviously would have multiple World Titles to his name. Maybe we could have gotten the Lashley/Lesnar match.

Every February Lashley would come 'so close' to winning the WWE Title and then be rewarded with an IC Title or US Title. Thus now making him an 11 time IC/US Champion by now.

After Cena went to Hollywood before the Shield showed up, Lashley would have been WWE or World champ a few times. He was already a constant face in the main event scene. He just never needed to talk or smile. Hes too nice of a person.

He'd have fizzled.
I know Vince was really high on him but he simply had no allure or charisma, people wouldn't have paid to see him as the face of the company.

I think that is what Bobby needs to be. A throwback to the white meat baby face with a twist. Have him be the nice guy and everything but when he gets in the ring or something really goes bad. He’s just powerful, brutal, and vicious. I think he wouldn’t be THE main draw, but he could help be a draw and would move merch.

Him vs Ryback would've been fighting over the World title. With MVP and Del Rio in the mix

A throwback to the white meat baby face with a twist. tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Face1. The Whitemeat. The hero who gets beat up constantly, before heroically and miraculously snatching victory from the jaws of defeat. The whitemeat places particular emphasis on morality and virtue. (Cheating heavily is part of being a heel.) We're told that they're fighting against all odds to win the titles they're striving for. He/she has a tendency to always trust wrestlers, no matter how many times they've betrayed him/her in the past: Sting had a history of joining tag teams or stables full of vicious backstabbers when he really should have known better (leading to the phrase "Sting-level dumb"). He/she exists mostly to carry out good deeds and make the kids happy. Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat is one of the Trope Codifiers for these babyfaces, and was notable for never being a heel once in his entire career. Rey Mysterio Jr. is headed down the same path. I guess I used part of it wrong because I was talking about Lashley being vicious when the bell rang. Obviously getting beat up would be not so much part of that meaning would it?

He's be pretty boring. With his lack of personality and bad Mic skills teaming perfectly with his average in ring ability.
TL;DR same as now

Well, let's walk back the overblown failed attempt at schooling me and see where you missed the humor. You said a BLACK guy should be a WHITE meat babyface with a TWIST. Which, ironically, is exactly what Lashley would be. That's why it's funny.

He probably would have had a start and stop push, been jobber to the stars like a Big Show/Mark Henry/Sheamus, someone who is a good midcarder but always eats losses on Raw and PPV main events.
