I hope he is doing amazingly! That said, I'm not ready for him to announce his return. I hope that he takes a bit more time, like another year before he's ready to return. He was gone longer for the hernia.

Don't suppose Brock will make an appearance too. Would it be too much for him to eat an F5? Then at Mania Reigns would be "justified" in aiding Seth win the championship. Because you know the WWE slogan: If we don't have a single guy to revolve around, we're lost as f*ck. I think Roman appearing in Seth's corner at mania is actually a great idea. If Seth wins maybe even Dean Ambrose can come out and they can all celebrate in the ring together one last time before Dean leaves and Roman goes back to taking care of his health problems. Remember the Shield all made their WM debuts at Metlife Stadium so that would be a neat moment for that to happen being that it will of course be in Metlife again this year.

It’s either really good, like he is on the road to recovery or it’s bad not as in like death bad, but been told to retire bad. It’s something big either way since he is on good morning america the next morning and they are advertising him on GMA this far out.

I'd assume he brings Seth/Dean back together, leading to Brock taking out Dean before Mania..

In my honest opinion there is now way Roman is anywhere near ready for a match or physical action. My Mother recently beat cancer and it took her nearly 1 year to recover from the treatment.

I hope he’s kicking leukemia’s ass and announces his retirement from pro wrestling. Nailed it.

Hope he's doing better. Vince realizes he needs the Big Dog to boost Wrestlemania interest this year. It's looking like a basic monthly PPV.

Honestly, he's not even been missed. His absence hasn't affected the show, whatsoever. Also, he can't be that bad if he's on a film set. Him having a significant role in a significant movie can only be good for him and WWE, not only from the publicity standpoint for both of them. But because maybe he gets acting lessons and acting helps him with his promos. He starts feeling more natural, comes back fresh, becomes a fuller package that people can get behind easier.

Not gonna speak for everyone else but I've liked him since his debut. I never hated him but I never liked him. I do respect him though. AND THERE IT IS! It's not love, like. dislike, or hate. It's respect. The man is going through one of the most horrible things a person can possibly go through, one of the deadliest, worst, scariest, afflictions humans and animals know. Cancer. He's fighting it. All that booing and all that jeering, and all that goes out the window when you have a family and kids and you can't do what your profession is due to injury. The stakes get Everest Mountain Range level higher when this disease is what's in the picture. It's not about loving him. It's about having him here to provide and SEE his family.

You don’t have to stop living because you have cancer. She feels “normal” a week and a half after her chemo for a few days before she has another round of it. Not crazy that an athlete in his prime would have the energy to do something like be on a film set during treatment off weeks etc. totally different than being on the road traveling and performing nightly.

I can't post it here since posting Instagrams get you banned for some reason, but in short, @davegonyea on Instagram has been working with Roman in Waikiki while he's filming the movie. He said that Roman is working towards a return, but still has "another few months before he returns to action."

We disliked the way he was used and booked. He’s always been great in the ring, consistent, and fun to watch but his booking is what was always complained about, not Roman himself.

So he went away, filmed a movie, and came back...
Seems like he left to film a movie
I wouldn’t put it past WWE to exaggerate his illness, is there a low they HAVENT sunk to? IMO, and hate me for saying it, they used his illness, which doctors have come out and said isn’t life threatening, to help do what they have tried to do since day one...get him over while he was away filming a movie
Don’t be shocked I think this way, this is a company that has groomed me to believe they will sink to any depths. They killed Owen Hart, rolled him off the mat and didn’t even scrub his blood off it to continue the show. Do I believe Vince is desperate enough to sink this low....100% yes
And I’m not the only one that thinks this, just the first one to say it here
