Falcons sign Michael Turner and draft Booty! I can't wait to get my Booty jersey!

What about Ryan or Brohm? If they take Booty in the 2-3rd type round, who do they take at the top of the first?
Can we use this as the official offseason thread as well?

Yes, this can also be used for official offseason talk. Though I prefer it be mostly about the Falcons, as they clearly matter more than everyone else.
I dunno. I am just not sold on Ryan or Brohm actually working out. God willing, McFadden will be available, if not I would love to see them beef up the OL and DL, and take someone like Booty in the 2nd or 3rd.

I want Mike Jenkins or Leodis McKelvin....I'd rather a LB playmaker type because I'd just rather just sign Samuel and focus elsewhere. Even though we need to replace Randall Gay and terrible Ellis Hobbs.

Yeah, New England needs a linebacker, STAT. Too bad Animal Jr. is staying in college.
If you want Mike Jenkins, we have one that I would gladly trade you for a Tom Brady jersey.

No, not that Mike Jenkins, you would get a Bruschi jersey, not even a Brady jersey.
The LB's are in "decent" shape...Vrabel had his best year, Adalius is a monster and Seau/Bruschi held their own....I really think their main focus should be CB/FS.
If Animal Jr were there, he'd be my guy though...but eventually, they need a LB...a young one.

Yeah, but will Seau retire again? Bruschi looked ok, but he's obviously lost a step I think. Thomas is awesome, and Vrabel is still reliable. If they can't re-sign Samuel, which may happen if they re-sign Moss, then yeah, they need secondary help bad.

Like I said in the other thread, if the Pats won last night...Moss was a goner, I think he is 99.9% back...I bet they franchise tag him and work out a deal. Stallworth will probably be the one cut and Kelly Washington will be a vital part next year. The offense is fine, they need better back ups on the O-Line obviously. I think if Samuel bolts, CB becomes the #1 need, but anyways with the 2nd round and 3rd rounder we need LB's....even though Belichick for some reason does not draft linebackers. He needs to grow the up and break that trend.

Demorrio WIlliams is a free agent. Personally, I hope the Falcons re-sign him, but the guy is a playmaker. He's be a nice, young steal for NE.

I was just reading up about the FA Linebackers, I saw him and he looked appealing.
Some sites are saying Vrabel/Seau/Bruschi are all FA's...which I dont think is accurate, I am pretty sure Colvin/Samuel/Moss are the biggest ones.

So is St. Louis going to lose Isaac Bruce? If he doesnt re-sign he needs to retire because Isaac Bruce on any other team is blasphemy.

talib is good, but too ing aggressive. he will need to learn to lay off that stop and go if he ever wants to make it in the league. er gets burned on that play every ing time because it bites on it every time.

He had 55 receptions for 733 yards last season, thats pretty dam good for a old guy who had 3 different QBs and a destroyed offensive line. Hell he might even make Hall of Fame.
