McNair was one of my favorite QB's over the year, but glad to see him retire. It was time.

Draft should be interesting. From what I hear, most Falcons fans want Dorsey...but sadly, I doubt the Rams attempts to smokescreen Dorsey will get them a pick from the Falcons. The Falcons have so many glaring needs, I doubt they'd want to swap and give any of their seconds or even thirds to the Rams to move up one pick. Hopefully sometime next week we can see what the whole Jake Long situation is. Him not wanting to be with Miami is quite funny, but if he signs I think it puts the Rams into a good scenario to grab Gholston or Long (who I am lobbying for). Taking Dorsey wouldn't bother me, but what does is the fact that we have Carriker, Ryan, and finally a hard-working Wroten. I think those Carriker and Ryan proved to be an awesome interior force this year with potential and if the Rams want to add more playmakers, I think they could address it later in the draft, but pash rush is our biggest need and not interior as so many people say it is. I would say the Falcons fans here are split on either Dorsey/Long or Matt Ryan. Honestly, either way, I am pretty happy. I would be lying if I said I didn't want to go into training camp with Redman, Harrington, and Shockley as our QBs. That's just downright awful. We'll draft a QB somewhere, but I wouldn't blame them for taking a chance on Ryan.

NFC North: Chicago Bears NFC South: New Orleans Saints NFC East: Philadelphia Eagles NFL West: Arizona Cardinals NFC Wild Card: Carolina Panthers NFC Wild Card: Dallas Cowboys AFC North: Pittsburgh Steelers AFC South: Tennessee Titans AFC East: New England Patriots AFC West: Oakland Raiders AFC Wild Card: Kansas City Chiefs AFC Wild Card: Indianapolis Colts Those are my predictions. I know a couple are off the wall, but I have picked well the last couple years so...here's hoping.

Yes, many. But being a Steelers fan, you gotta learn to never count out the underdog.

Man....I am praying that the Jets take Matt Ryan. I think Ryan is an awesome fit into their offense. They already have a very nice, young offensive line, a decent RB and some half decent receivers. This franchise needs a face and Ryan is just the right guy to step in and run that offense.

Anyone could win the NFC South. The entire division is balls. Most people are going to pick Carolina again though. Id put money on New Orleans to be honest. I'd prefer it if they just went back to sucking. If they have any marginal success any season from now until the end of time, we'll have to endure another year-long Hurricane Katrina telethon. "So Troy, how do you feel about this kid Marques Colston?" 'Well Jim I think this city has really rallied behind their Saints, and it's just what they need after what the city of New Orleans endured three years ago. I mean boy do the Saints bring a smile to the city, and quite frankly, that goes a long way toward rebuilding this city."

I wasnt referring the draft on Sat. to mean it was an NFL football draft. I meant something to do with the NFL.....something to do with football. Sorry to reign on your mediocrity.

I have a question, I havent been following the draft as much as I have in the past but Mel Kiper keeps saying Matt Ryan will go 8th, do the Jets not want him? The Jets need a QB. Can someone tell me why the Jets will not pick him?

Can someone tell me why the Jets will not pick him? The Jets have been taking a hard look at McFadden. McFadden seems to be their number 1 right now with Gholston at 2. Some New York journalists agree with you and me that they should look at Matt Ryan and will even pick him over McFadden. Of course, this is the smart move. However, when have the Jets ever really drafted smart?
