Charlotte looking like an absolute goddess these past couple of weeks. Lucky boy, Andrade. If only Charlotte could have a mentor train her how to cut a promo. Shame she wasn't brought up in the business or had a world renewed father who could cut a promo. Tragic. Her promos are fine - better than Lynch's at least. |

This was a really puzzling episode of SmackDown Live. So many superstars missing who you'd expect to have been there.
Where was Becky Lynch? Where was Johnny Gargano? Where was Ciampa? Where was Asuka? Where was Mandy Rose?
Becky Lynch being arrested on RAW is not a good enough excuse. One day should be enough in kayfabe for Becky to get out of jail. We're on the road to WrestleMania, and I'd expect the main eventers to be on every single episode of their brand. Why didn't they have her crash Charlotte's promo?
Gargano and Ciampa were advertised, so there is simply no excuse for not having them turn up at all.
Asuka is the SmackDown Women's Champion, she should be there every single week. Mandy Rose beat her last week and therefore should be #1 contender, so she should have been there too. Appearing on a YouTube exclusive backstage interview is not good enough.
So some truly bizarre exclusions. On the other hand, it was fantastic to see Kevin Owens return, and it was nice to see Matt Hardy too (even if I'd rather have been Gargano and Ciampa).
Kevin Owens using the Stunner as his finisher now is...ehhh. The Pop-Up Powerbomb is a far superior move, I don't know why he would stop using it.
I know I'm in the minority, but despite some shocking and thrilling returns, the bad parts of both RAW and SmackDown Live this week have cancelled out the good parts to make it the same level of quality as previous weeks, rather than a big improvement as most people seem to be seeing it, at least in my opinion.

Doesn't matter to me. Why advertise them in the first place if they didn't intend on having them appear? Even if they wanted the Hardy Boyz to face the Bar, they could have still found them something else to do. |

Well, people said it looks like he is slimming down a little so maybe it’s because of his knees? Switching to the stunner puts less weight and stress on them? Ok it’s almost 3pm on Wednesday I just watched SD and personally I can’t tell if he’s lost weight or not. And he did do a Pop-up Powerbomb a couple minutes prior to the stunner. So who knows maybe it was nothing more than paying homage to Austin? |

Man not sure what to think of smackdown hope kofi can get his match back somehow I like Owens but Kofi vs Bryan 1 on 1 is something I wanna see.
Face Owens is gonna be hard to enjoy maybe taking a real stunner from his childhood hero will kick start that mean streak again.
As for Gargano and Ciampa not being featured, its gonna happen when the roster is stacked you either get an extra hour to accommodate the talent or you get talent showing up once every 2 weeks. I would rather have seen Gargano and Ciampia than Ricochet and Black again.

Smackdown had me hooked from the start last night. Now looking on it, I'm torn.
*With Charlotte, Becky, Ronda in a triple threat to main event Mania, there is no way that they do Kofi v. Owens v. Bryan. Some sort of f***y finish will happen (Sami Zayn anyone?) and will then shift Kofi back to face Bryan 1-on-1 at Mania.
*The tag division is stacked right now, so if they don't do a multi-team ladder match at Mania, what was the purpose of bringing back Matt/Jeff?
*Asuka is deeply under-utilized right now. SDL's women's division is the weakest division in the company since they basically moved Becky/Charlotte to Raw.
*I really hope the Stunner isn't K.O.'s finisher now, he looks ridiculous trying to do it.

Not trying to poop on Owens but ... what a dumb way to bring him back. So, now Vince likes him? Didn't he assault Vince not so long ago? And Owens looks like even more of a scrub now with the smaller gut and dad bod arms. There's these things called weights, he should really try them. He's just not believable as a tough guy to me.
